- The waiter was not very pleasant and was a little rude. He should definitely have been better behaved. - The breakfast options were a bit weird with us having to tick options on what we were, but breakfast was alright

- The most amazing part of the hotel is without doubt the spa. - We used the hot tub and also got massages at the property which was very decently priced. - Room servcie was a definite plus. - the food especially the vegetable rice was really good.

We could hear noise or even talk from room to the hallway and from hallway to room. Wellness was nice but it has huge window to outside witch is not comfortable at evening since you don't know if some1 could be watching.

It is a good hotel very well positioned with its own car 🚗 park. The room is quit no noise I could sleep well. Then it has a very beautiful SPA and end I also a relaxing massage done by a very professional lady. Thank you !!

Our room was tiny, with some attic feelings, as the windows were so high that there was a stool to help you reach it. It makes the room feel even smaller. We requested a room with two separate beds, and basically, one bed was divided into two parts with only a small gap between them. The breakfast is average. The bigger, separate part of the restaurant is used for the smoking guests and smells accordingly.

The staff is accommodating and kind. The hotel is modern and kind of stylish, just as it is in the pictures. We stayed only for one night, arrived late, and left early, so we did not explore the neighborhood. The kitchen is good, the menu as you would expect from some fine restaurants, the prices were low.

The hotel is situated in a quieter part of the town, but not too remote. It is very tastefully done and cozy, and the staff was very nice.

There is no elevator. It would have been very helpful for the luggage and for the baby’s carriage.

There is no elevator which could prove a problem for some guests. They did offer to help us with our bags.

We stayed one night (last night in Romania) at this hotel. Set in a quiet neighborhood, the hotel was clean and comfortable. Great private parking. There is a restaurant that operated in the afternoon and evening, but we didn't eat there. We had the free breakfast which was fine. Our room was small but still had the feeling of spaciousness. We took the room with a balcony which looks over the garden and the restaurant. The staff were friendly and helpful.

We loved everything

Nice clean and tidy hotel. A comfortable and large room. Huge bed. Everything is in good taste. An impressive spa. Great hotel breakfast and restaurant, convenient parking. Most of all, an amazing team. and especially Ms. Calina. With a heart of gold that took care of rescuing us after we got stuck 15 km from the hotel (sent a driver with a car from the hotel and made sure we arrived safely). many thanks.

Very, very hot in all halls in the hotel. Bad placement of a climatisation in the room so it was blowing directly to the bed. DOGS BARKING ALL THE NIGHT just below our window - if wr stayef more than 1 night I would consider this as big, big trouble.
