Room has to be well maintained. But it was not so critical.

Location is perfect for international travel in case when you driving through Romania-Bulgaria border .

I’ve stayed here several times. In some rooms the hairdryer doesn’t work and one time I found a dirty towel hidden in the clean ones. That was disgusting.

It is the best option in town. Overall is clean.

A lot of moskitos in the summer, the carpet in the room was smelly and very dirty. Better just leave tiles in my opinion. A bit to pricey for what its offering but there are not a lot of options so they probably are not keen on changing

Old furniture, poor breakfast. The shower is from the last century, so small that bearly one normal person can keep in there. Too expensive for such a place

I booked for 460Ron and they charged me 480Ron. Not a big difference but it is not fair. I should have been informed.

1)The hairdryer didn’t work. 2) Few days before checking in I sent them a message trough Booking app, and asked if the TV in the room can be used as a monitor, with a HDMI cable (I already had one). They didn’t answer and I am guessing the staff didn’t know what a HDMI cable is ?! After checking in, I checked the TV and the answer to my question was yes. If you are working and need to use a large monitor, just bring your HDMI cable.

It was my second stay here and it was super clean. The staff was very, very nice. Overall I liked the hotel.

The welcome was warm from the very lovely lady on reception, the hotel was superbly clean and the room was very comfy .. the only down side was the surly attitude of the member of staff at breakfast and the coffee machine was way too slow !! But overall a fab find for a much needed break from driving !! 🤩

Room was clean and well heated. The bed was super comfortable and the bed sheets were clean!!! Lady at the reception was welcoming. We only stayed at the hotel for one night and sadly didn’t have time to enjoy the breakfast.

Cold! The heating system is not functioning during the night, so when we checked-in (23:00) the room was cold and stayed like this till morning, when we checked-out. Despite our request, no AC remote control was provided.

Coffee was not hot enough and quality could have been better. Breakfast was only OK. No tea or coffee facilities in the room.

The bed was very comfortable. Tv channel choice was very good even for English speakers. Shower was very good. The night receptionist made us feel very welcome even though we checked in late.

Not in the best location. There is a large market next door. Their restaurant was the only choice within walking distance for dinner. Very slow service.

It would have been nice to have another restaurant close to the hotel so we would have another option. I would have been nice to have one, queen sized bed that was comfortable. It would be nice to have a mirror close to an outlet so I could easily curl my hair. I used the reflective tray that holds the cups as an alternative!

Breakfast was wonderful. It was hot and speedy! The staff at the front desk were very pleasant.

kitchen staff should maybe take more care of how to cook eggs, both the omelette and sunny side up eggs were undercooked.

From 10 to 10 minutes a loud vent was turning on in the room next to mine and kept me awake all night. Also the vent in my bathroom was VERY lound. Poor but efficient breakfast.

So this is our first encounter with Romania. The man that checked us in was friendly. Room is okay the whole hotel is out from a different timezone. We decided to eat at the restaurant (the restaurant was something also out of another time zone) The waiter would huff & puff when you ask for something, we almost started to feel that he was annoyed we were there. (we were the only one in the restaurant) my partner didn't like the meal of beans with pork knuckle. I loved it however the meat could have been more tender In the morning at breakfast it was pretty much the same, same waiter, same huff & Puff 😂 We thought it was hilarious as it reminded us of Faulty Towers
