Breakfast was not good. Cold food. Yoghurt warm. Toaster took ages. Room could do with extra clean rather than a superficial one.

The breakfast was very limited but for the price we paid to stay at the hotel I can’t say it was bad.

The location isn't the greatest - while close to the center (10 minutes walk from the University piaza) it didn't feel the safest to walk around.

The staff was very kind and helpful, breakfast was modest but good, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Definitely a good value for the price

Everthing was really perfect. Please put a shampoo insted of the soap :) And it could be nice if someone will help at the breakfast to the poor guy ;)

It is small but very cosy hotel. We arrived at night and were register really quick. Rooms with balcony are bigger, but it doesn't really matter if your main perpose to travel all day long. The breakfast is very good with a variety of food.

The room was not cleaned. A lot of hair everywhere, including on the bed sheets, in the bathroom and toilet.

The location is very good for any visitor, being closed to Old City Center.

Good location, city center is around the corner. Check in was quick. Size of the room is good and was enough for us. The heating worked well. Big balcony with a street view. The kettle in the room, it's always nice to have it.

Me and my family booked in August two rooms since we are a four-member family. To begin with, the day we booked the rooms we needed just one request of ours to be satisfied, we wanted the rooms to be next to one another or even close at the same floor, so we messaged to the accomodation and no one answered. A few days before we arrive at the accomodation (19th of October&we arrived at the 23rd) we messaged the same message to them and then they replied that our only request cannot be satisfied and to my mind we should be informed about it beforehand, (when we booked the rooms and not a few days before). As for our stay at hotel we are satisfied enough, the only fact I want to highlight is that the towels were not changed everyday. It is more than clear that when the towels are dirty and on the floor they must be changed, 3 of the 4 days we stayed there the towels were not changed. Moreover, they were not enough, e.g: they took the foot towel and they did not replace it, in conclusion the roomservice was not consistent. The sheets were changed daily and the breakfast was good. When it comes to the reception the guy who is responsible for the breakfast when he was at the reception desk was the best of all, he informed us about everything we asked and he prepared us takeaway breakfast for the day we left because we were about to leave the room very early.
