We’re in the property for a week approximately and every day the breakfast was always the same. But it’s not a big problem, everything was tasty. In one of the rooms was a very strong cigarette smell. And on the last floor we had sometimes issue with the water pressure.

First of all i want to mention the staff. They were so kind and helpful, i want to thank them for their work. Everything was clean and the same as on photos. It was very comfortable to leave in the property, we used the jacuzzi and it was fun. Recommend the property. Not far from Poiana Brasov so we went for a ski.

Maybe better soundproofing can help, but not big problem. Maybe the mattresses was too hard for my taste.

Very nice boutique hotel in a great, quiet area of the city but not too far from city center (20 minutes walk). Big rooms with good amenities and heating system, clean bathroom. Breakfast have good various options to be served in a cosy area.

Have spent one night there but were able to have a good rest and sleep. Pretty good breakfast (buffet) and a nice girl at the reception. The rooms are clean with comfortable mattresses and pillows and awesome (!) shower cosmetics. Definitely recommend this hotel for big families either overnight or spent quality time in this place.

We were expecting the panoramic view as seen in the pictures but we received the ground level room which has no such view. But we got a good deal for it so it was still good value for money. Also, the breakfast was very good, but some might find the selection quite restrictive.

We enjoyed our stay at The Pines Boutique Villa a lot. The room was quite big and comfortable and had a beautiful view of the forest. Also, the villa is located in a quiet place, there are no reserved parking spots but you can find plenty on the street. The breakfast was good with multiple choices.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for 5 days and the experience was just amazing. We had a great view of the entire city, delicious and diverse breakfast with plenty of options to choose from, extremely helpful and kind staff and clean place altogether. This is one of those places that we'll definitely come back to when we're back in Brasov.

It’s a bit far from the city so an Uber or Taxi is necessary if you travel with kids. The shower drainage needs to be improved. Breakfast time can get busy and the seating is limited. However, if you time it right this won’t bother you.

The property is located in the forest the area is very beautiful, and peaceful which ensure a good nights rest. We stayed in Room 1. The room is very comfortable. The bed was perfect and there was a sleeper couch for the kids. The shower had good water pressure. The room was very stylish and had a lot of amenities. My family and I really enjoyed the breakfast. The staff were also friendly and helped during our stay. Outside they have a fantastic jacuzzi where you can enjoy the garden with warm water. The views from the property to Brasov is fantastic.

There was not elevator , but was a very small building. Needed to take all the luggage by stairs 2-3 floors.

Nowhere to hang up towels (4 people!) in the bathroom (one small unstable towel rack, too high; another was already broken).

There weren't really any problems for me. It took us a minute to figure out how to check in and where to go but once we figured it out everything was awesome. Our room was on the third floor so we had to go up a couple flights of stairs with our luggage which wasn't a problem for us but might be hard for some people.

The included breakfast was delicious with lots of choices and they would also cook eggs for you upon request. The rooms were very spacious and nicely decorated. The location is lovely and it was so easy to walk around the town and walk to restaurants.
