Very clean, easy heated via a/c, easy access, great communication with owners. Free beer and water, coffee (1 bottle) place to make bbq, campfire. Great water pressure, fast hot water.

We had the Chance to meet the owners in Person , they Are very friendly and helpful. Claudiu Even brought us some extra Wood for the Fire Place. Since earlier recommendations some improvements have been made, such as mosquito nets on the windows. The driveway is a Little steep but easy to manage with any vehicle. Place was perfectly clean. Especially enjoyed that only one of the other two houses was Rent. The „neighbours“ were super nice and we spent a relaxed evening sitting by the Fire. We paid 47€ and it was worth every Cent 😊 this was the second stay at the tinyhouses and it was just as good as the First time.

The house was very nice, very clean and it looked very cosy and beautiful. In the room you can find cofee, tea, beer and water in the fridge and a bottle of spirits - that was a very nice touch. I would definetelly come back to this place.

There is no heating and air conditioning in the house yet, I think it would not be superfluous, depending on the season

Lovely tiny houses, on the way to the most famous Romanian mountain road. The cottages have everything you need, clean and comfortable. Around a large area where it is easy to park a car, as well as make a barbecue. If I go on this route again, I will definitely spend the night here.

The access to the property. The main road is quite busy and the entrance is on a steep road, but it is manageable.

In a tinny house you will find everything you need for a short stay. You can enjoy a lovely evening by the fire or at a barbeque, you will find everything you need at the property. The location is very good to visit Sibiu surroundings, for it was the start point for our Transfagarasan road trip, Nearby you can visit Brambura Park, Castelul Zanelor, Povestea Calendarului,

Maybe just that it doesn’t have a hanger besides the ones in the bathroom.

It’s very close to Transfagarasan, it takes like 30 minutes to get to Balea Lake from it. It’s super clean. We liked the mattress, it’s very comfortable. It has a wide open garden, with a cute fire pit. It’s super kids friendly. The host is very friendly and thoughtful.

Great location if you want to go on Transfagarasan early in the morning. The house was super clean and had everything we needed. Great to have quite some green space around the houses where you can safely chill in the evening.

There are few things to be improved like the acces ramp wich is a bit too abrupt and gravel which can cause sideslips. Also the electric conections are a bit weird. When we closed the bathroom door the light in the room went out, also when we turned off the kettle, TV went off and the light kept flickering often. The water in the shower doesn't go on the draining all the way, some remains the the shower floor.

We enjoyed our stay at Tiny Houses. It was clean and cosy and we felt safe even if these mountains are known for the bears roaming the streets:) The hosts were very nice and welcoming and made our stay comfortable. There is a small kitchenette where you can make Tea, coffe, sandwiches and they also left some bottled water and beer in the fridge. Outside there are comfy chairs if you want to spend the evening, a small playground for children, a barbecue corner, a bonfire space if would like to make. The pictures shows the reality! We liked Tiny Houses and we recommend it to families with kids or pets and not only!

The bad a bit small, it's a bit uncomfortable if you are a tall person, would be nice to have some net at the windows because it was very hot and bugs go in if you let the window open. Also the lighting outside is very very strong and lights up the room very much at night as you can't turn it off.
