How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

In the evening, young people make a lot of noise in the sitting area in front of the hotel and destroy the tables.

The facilities and amenities offered, the Rainfall shower was brilliant, the bed super comfy, nice and spatious rooms. Breakfast was great too!

Do not accept rooms on the third floor because there is noise from the conference room on the fourth floor probably rented to groups of teenagers playing music like in a club, especially shouting very loudly. This is only between 6 pm and 9.45 pm
It is a new hotel with great facilities. I tasted one of the best breakfast ever seen and I travelled a lot before. It has a great coffee shop with a nice terrace.

The interior was beautifully decorated. Everything was incredibly clean. Check out was 12pm which is much later than most which was great. The staff were incredibly helpful.

The room was not the one we booked. We booked a room on the third fllor with a nice balcony, and when we arrived they offered us a room on the first floor with a very different view from the terrace. After pointing this out they changed the room with another one on the first floor which was better. One disturbing thing in the room was that the lamps near the door turn on automatically and when you move during your sleep they turn on. Underground patking is not for a low cars, so I had to patk outside.
Very clean room with very comfortable bed.

If you go by car there is and underground parking but it is very steep and you need to have a high car.to get in there. There is also a parking infront of the hotel but you need luck to find an empty spot.
Very beautiful indoor and outdoor. It is a fresh and new hotel. The room was spotless clean and very comfy. The bed wonderful and in general it was a quiet place. The staff was very kind and helpful.

It's pretty far from the city center. It took me about an hour to walk to the Palace of Parliament from there. There was also a weird timer on the outlets next to the bed that completely cut power to them about 3 hours after turning off all the lights. I only found out when I saw that my phone was down to 80% the next morning and the charger wasn't lit up. Turning on the bathroom light re-activated the outlets for another 3 hours or so but then they cut out again. Be careful about that if you are charging a near dead phone or relying on a travel alarm clock that doesn't have a battery.
A very neat hotel on the outskirts of Bucharest. The entries to the two wings with rooms are accessed via sliding walls, which was neat. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast was a buffet with a good spread of items. The wifi was down across multiple floors the first night I arrived, but was fixed the following day and speedy after that. There is parking if you have a car.

Not very important, but I did not like: automatic lights in the common area and in the room entrance last too much short; in the room it is not possible to turn on all the lights; near the bed there is not a button to switch off all the lights; the diffuser in the shower is too much high and it splashes outside of the shower
Room is nice, comfortable, clean, not noisy. Breakfast is good. Reception and breakfast room are a bit small but nice. Position depends on what you need. For me it was nice because 10-15 mins by car to Hala Laminor. There are restaurants and other facilities near.

Not that close to the city center, but a taxi is cheap so it’s not that big problem:)

The sound proofing could be a bit better, especially the noise coming from the hallway and the neighbor's bathroom. Water drain in bathroom missing and there is lots of splashing from the shower.
Great value for money, staff was friendly, things looked new, quality. Make sure to ask for soft pillows (no extra charge) as the standard ones were not that comfortable. Bed was comfortable and slept excellent. The blackout curtains were also greatly appreciated.

The noise from a building site on the back of the hotel
Fantastic hotel,new clean and unique. Staff was absolutely great.my only issue was not with the hotel but with a building project on a side of the hotel,I believe some.flats are build right on the side of the hotel and they are really noisy from around 8 am.it only affects one side of the hotel,the back.
