The location was perfect for a city break

Didn't find broom and dustpan(but actually they was on the balcony, just didn't come to my mind to look there). Coffee machine is weird and not comfortable to use, but at first - there is coffee machine with coffee provided, which is not something ordinary for rented apartments, so I'm generally just trying to find something that wasn't perfect(which is not easy). At second - I had near same coffee machine in my next rental, so I assume this kind of machine is something usual in Romania. Not an big issue anyway. It's also sad I wasn't able to extend my stay, as apartment was already booked for next days, as my next rented apartment in Brasov was nowhere near this one, despite having near same price and location in city center.

The apartment is small, but super-comfortable and clean. It has all amenities you can think about. Beds are comfortable, shower gel and shampoo were provided and was reasonable quality. Kitchen have everything you need to cook. Hot plate has only single burner, but it's super-powerful which compensates a lot and I have zero issues with cooking roast and steaks on it. Location is new district with clean nice modern houses - it's pleasure to go outside and look in the windows. It's kind of 30-40 minutes travel to center by bus from the moment you leave the apartment, but to be honest, there is not much to do in the old city. Small supermarket is in 10 minute walk, but is has all you might need. In 15 minute walk there is a huge mall with everything you need including hypermarket. Highly recommend - I totally enjoyed the stay.

The location is very good, from the apartment we got fast to the places that we wanted to visit. Its also close to Coresi Mall. The parking spot, the apartment its very cozy, clean and has everything that you need. We felt like home and for sure we will come back.

No aircon, but we managed with keeping the windows and balcony door open 🙂. Pan was rather small, much used and bent from the bottom, so it was hard to use. Could have used scissors.

Some neighbors were a bit nosy, also smoking people on the first floor or on the ground floor, can feel smoke if windows open. One pillowcase was a bit torn, but all was clean.

Nice studio room, good towel amount, not too far from the center, helpful hosts. All clean and tidy, washing machine is a nice bonus. Responsive hosts.

Even though it's not a central location, it's very close to Coresi mall and there are plenty of bus connections to get to the city center. Easy check it and check out, clean, nice hosts and good value for money.

2 things prevented me from giving a score of 10 and they are: 1 there is a pressure problem in the shower and the hot water comes and goes and it is a bit harsh to shower like that. 2: The cleaner came in on the check-out day without knocking on the door or any advance notice even though it was not time to leave, she looked at me in alarm and quickly left.

Excellent studio apartment in a good location with nice owners who help with any question.

The mattress was a bit uncomfortable, but the pillow and the quilt were very comfortable and nice. At the bathroom sink, the faucet is very short and this makes it difficult to wash your hands even if the sink is big and very ok.

It was a bit hard to find the facility, but, we used the google maps and called the host who helped us to find the exact building.

Cleanliness. Fully equipped (including kitchen utensils) Private parking place. Stayed for 5 days to look around in Brasov. Apartment was very clean, fully equipped and furnished. Proprietors are very friendly and hospitable persons, give us a lot of information which places are worthwhile for visiting, and really help with searching of a long term rent apartments.
