There were little to no facilities. The room was very hot, even with the air conditioning on. The step into the bathroom caused difficulty.

The location was very convenient. Very close to a nice park where my son and I spent a lot of time and many mini markets. The staff, mainly one woman, was very helpful. The room was comfortable enough in size and clean. The refrigerator was handy to have to keep snacks cool. The window opened fully, which was lovely when the room got too warm. The little outside area near reception was nice to rest before going to the room.

When we arrived we knew we were there before check-in. We asked if we could store our bags and explore the city until it was time to check in. The man at reception was unhappy with this request and responded quite rudely. He did take our bags eventually. This was a small interaction but our very first impression of the hotel and it left us feeling uncomfortable. The rest of the staff were friendly and helpful for the remainder of our stay.

Easy location. Clean rooms. It was not in the busy area of the city but everything was easily walkable. The hotel is right next to a tram stop and a nice park to walk through.

There are 2 soft pillows not enough to keep your back wile watching TV . It wasn't enough for just me one person.

I had a problem with the noise from a loudly leaking toilet, which could not be fixed easily. Closing the door at night helped, but it should be fixed. Also, both bed reading lights did not work and could not be fixed, so they need to be replaced or completely removed. I had noisy neighbors on one side, who spoke in full voice at midnight, but the situation got improved the next day after I told the staff about the issue.

My room was big, nicely designed, clean and with a comfortable bed and a spacious modern bathroom. There were a small bar-freezer, a kettle and tea/coffee in the room. WiFi worked excellent. There is a tram running outside, but it runs not too often and it did not bother me. The staff were excellent, spoke very good English and were helpful with suggestions and trying to resolve issues. There is a supermarket nearby and a park. Room cleaning was adequate.

The only thing is that walls are quite thin, you can hear next door guests if they are a bit noisy. I wish they had breakfast, I was willing to pay extra, cause everything else is great.

Everything exceeded our expectations. Comfortable, very clean and fragrant room with a cosy bed, spacious bathroom with free toiletries, big tv, fast internet, and a nice view from the window of the main street. Personnel were willing to help you if asked and were so kind.

Unassuming exterior, seems dark and initially unwelcoming. Don't let that put you off though

Great location - next to Cișmigiu gardens and the Old Town is 5 mins walk away. Very comfortable bed, firm mattress, walk in shower.

No early check-in option. If you arrive in the morning have to wait until 3pm to can accomodate. Also, there were some issues with the lighting in the room - a couple of bulbs were defective or malfunctioning.
