The hotel is really old, the reception is renovated but the rooms are straight out of communist times.

The staff was friendly and the breakfast was surprisingly ok.

The facility was old and needed to be updated. Shower features didn’t work, the bathroom cabinet had lots of water damage.

Dated rooms and shaky single beds, bouncy mattress, smelt like chlorine all over, it was pretty much an old communist hotel, with rooms layered like in a hospital, very dark.

Good location, great reception, great staff. Minibar in the room (even if u had to pay, at least there was one)

I had to pay for the kid’s breakfast, although the reservation clearly states the number of guests(2+1) and that the price includes the breakfast. Apparently, the price included the breakfast for only 2 guests. Not a very nice thing to hear at check-in. Booking, get your facts straight!

The beds were twin, I did not find any choice of double room (if there was, my bad on this). The shower was a bit small. A couple of minuses on the electric sistem that can easily be fixed.

Good size room, very nice view, decent size bathroom overall, decent range of minibar choices, very clean, nice breakfast choices, very well trained staff. It was a very nice surprise for a three star hotel to be this clean and this decent and for the staff to be as polite and accommodating to everyone.

For a 2 person room it's a bit pricy comparing the romanian market (300 lei/60 euro per night) and the town. In the room there is a minibar the only thing that it's just disturbing is that they leave you some snacks on the table and than you'll discover that you need to pay them when you check out because they are part of the minibar, not a nice respectful welcome crappy snack.

The room was clean, the hotel looks very decent for 3 stars , still it's an old communist building that has been raised to modern standards and if you are looking for multiple power plugs they are missing, also in the bathroom there is no fan only an old hole with a metal grid in the wall, but still it's clean and decent.

The room was a bit dated and the bathroom could've been cleaner as there was hair all over the rubber mat.

Breakfast is not great. There are croisants in the menu as part of the breakfast menu but it was not possible to get one without taking the entire menu.

I was worried because it is a hotel from the 70'. It deserves more than 3 stars. Rooms are very comfortble, big windows with supurb view over the city. Comfortable bathrooms. Very up to date interior. Friendly staff. I will come back.

We had booked a room for 2 adults 2 kids so they gave us a double bed and a sofa bed for the kids but there was no way 2 kids could have slept on the sofa bed as the matress was thin like paper and not sturdy at all so we ended up sleeping 3 in the bed. Bed were not vey comfy and we mentioned to the reception about the sofa bed but they said we did not open it properly and they just did it for us. My chil slept on it again and said the bed almost forled up on her. The wifi reception was very poor and again when we complain about it they sad they will fix it but it was still the same. Not bad if you have no other place to stay but expensive rooms for Romania as I found half price after I got there.

Room was clean and spacious enough for 4 of us as it was 2 rooms connected. Hotel was nicely decorated and very clean. The staff were OK but not very friendly and did not speak much English. Location was good as just in the centre of Onesti.

The bathroom really needs some refurbishment, it is worn out. The shower is absolutely horrible, everything is loose and yellow.

The hotel is ideally located, has own outside parking and the staff is friendly. The single rooms are spacious and are equipped with the basics also including a minibar.

The noise from the night club behind the hotel, and the drinkers who wouldn't go home when it closed. Very noisy on some nights, until 2AM

Location is great, close to Profi, cafes, and taxis. The hotel itself is quite good, too.

The rooms are decent for a short stay, but the hotel is in need of general renovation. Wifi signal can be unreliable.

Central location, kind and polite staff. Public parking right in front of the hotel. Probably the best choice for accommodation in Onești. In an annex of the hotel there is a new and nicely designed bistro/lounge (Kaya) with tasty food and a modern atmosphere.
