Some dirt in the bathroom. The hotel felt like a labyrinth. The neglected environment (parking lot, etc.) greets you beyond the plot boundary. A four star hotel should take care of the environment as well.

The floors are wood slippery and there are no sufficient pillows In The bed. The pillow is one per person and no neck support it's very flat little pillow. The breakfast was varied, but half of the products did not look fresh (not spoiled, but only from one day to another).

The hotel room is spacious, has a large balcony and modern furniture. There is air conditioning, which was very important in the summer. The hotel is located in an area on the outskirts of Cluj in the middle of nature. The interior has a nice design. Check-out at 12 was a pleasant surprise.

It’s a bit further from the city centre, and there is not a lot around other than the hotel’s restaurant. Breakfast on one day was slightly disappointing, but on the second day was good.

It was a beautiful property. The room was big and clean, we also had a terrace. There is a restaurant right infront. The staff is friendly.

Breakfast is good enough food wise. Water from the water dispenser tastes... bad. Orange / pineapple / whatever juice is not drinkable. Coffee quality is below average. You can eat but there's not much you cand drink unless you buy bottled beverages.

Reception personal of the highest quality, very helpful and resourceful. Rooms are of good size, really comfortable mattresses. Mini fridge is well stoked and prices are mid range. I've stayed in two different rooms on the third floor, the view is nice.

relatively bad organized breakfast, poor and same stuff everyday - not bad, but for a 4 stars Hotels expectations, as a customer, are higher. hotel has only 8 parking spots, can park over the street on a big plateau- no asphalt, little bit dirty when raining and stray dogs when getting dark. one day there was a very noisy party in the restaurant up to midnight.

quiet, good VALUE FOR money. quite location, you can reach by car all locations in the town.

The lamps were covered in a thick layer of dust, in a corner of the windowsill some papers (trash) were stuffed and around the papers was spiderweb and dust.

Great food variety at breakfast, comfortable and nice design in the room, very quiet. The staff was very nice, I received cleaned towels every day.

Unfortunately the hotel reception was being renovated, paint smell, no sitting area, restaurant too big and not warm.

Quality hotel staff very good. Food good and service. Would be an excellent location during the summer period as very nice terraced areas.
