Romania26 reviews12 helpful votes“The worst appartment we've stayed in”The worst apartment we have stayed in on booking. The pictures do not reflect the reality. Although the lady who took care of the apartment (there is a company there, and the lady is employed), was kind, the conditions offered were very poor. When we arrived we found out that we don't have internet and that the TV doesn't work. There was a horrible smell in the bathroom, the drain from the shower doesn't work, a lot of water collects in the cabin, which flows into the bathroom and you have to wipe it with a mop if you want to enter the bathroom. We couldn't find toilet paper, luckily we had napkins with us (toilet paper was brought to us the next morning, although we were set to buy it ourselves). The kitchen was equipped, but the refrigerator was dirty, the microwave was dirty, the walls were dirty. The doors leading to the balcony were broken, off the top hinges. If you opened them and tried to close them normally, somewhere at the top they didn't close ok, you had to press on the upper part of the joinery to be able to close the door evenly. The cleanliness was questionable, at the entrance, for example, there was a large reddish stain, I didn't know what it was even when I left. The entrance door had a defect and it didn't always close from the handle, you had to close it with the key. The mattress in the bedroom somehow fell inside the bed on the right side, it seems that something was wrong with the bed. I slept badly. We are not pretentious, but this apartment completely lacked cleanliness and a necessary minimum. I do not recommend this apartment, it should be banned from booking until a major renovation is done there.
