Nice new hotel, great location, excellent staff and very good amenities. I would definitely come back here. 100 meters from the old city center with lots of restaurants, clubs and anything you would like. Not too many stores around for midnight shopping - and the only one open, about 200 meters away, would only take cash. Other than that minute detail... the perfect stay.

The hotel doesn't have a bar on site. However the location is ideally suited so you are near bars and restaurants.

- very good location, in the old town - very nice, welcoming and helpful ladies in the reception with very good suggestions for food and attractions - places to park the car right in front of the hotel ( they have a private parking, as well, in the back) -a beautiful, spotless room - good bed, comfortable pillows - very good breakfast with a lot of interesting and tasty options

The breakfast could be more versatile

The hotel is easily accessible, with own secured parking lots, the rooms are clean, cosy and comfortable and the personel was forthcomming and friendly. The hotel was an overall great surprise with a lovely view to the mountains! Definitely a place to keep in mind and come back to!

There was no equipment to cook a coffee.

The hotel Urban is situated in the city-center direct in the near of the marketplace. Parking is possible in front of the hotel and at the courtyard. There is enough space for all cars. The nice breakfast room is at the ground floor with a view onto the lively street. The breakfast is European/Easteuropean and it is very good. The room is modern with a nice and also modern bathroom. The bed is comfortable. The hotel Urban is a good starting point to visit the wooden churches, the funny cemetery in Sapanta and the monastery in B.. Thanks for a good time in hotel Urban.

I absolutely adored everything about this property! The location couldn't be more perfect, right in the center. The staff went above and beyond, providing exceptional service. I want to give a special shoutout to Georgina, who was invaluable in arranging a ride for me to Uzhgorod, Ukraine. Her assistance was greatly appreciated. I also had the pleasure of interacting with Alexandra, who was incredibly friendly and kind. The rooms were cozy and inviting, making me feel right at home. Being just a few steps away from fantastic restaurants was a definite plus. Additionally, the central business district was conveniently only about 1km away, easily accessible by foot. Overall, this was an unforgettable experience that I will cherish. I can't wait to return! 🥰

I can't think of anything that could have been better for now. The room was well isolated, once the windows were closed we couldn't hear any noises, the air conditioning was very silent therefore we were able to have it on all night.

The breakfast was great, location was in the Old Baia Mare. Very nice!

We liked pretty much everything, I couldn't think of something to complain really. The staff was very nice and friendly. The breakfast was delicious with fresh eggs done on the spot. The room was clean, clear instructions on what to do and not to do. Overall fabulous!
