We enjoyed staying here, the room was very spacious, very modern, every staff was very polite. The hotel is in an area where you have a lot of fresh air and most importantly quiet. I loved the fact that they use bathroom products from Rituals. 😁 We only ate the breakfast at the restaurant from the hotel but it was delicious, also the best cappuccino ever ! Whenever we're back in Predeal, for sure we'll choose this hotel !

The spa pool was a bit small and the jacuzzi/hammam did not work from time to time. Apparently some issue with the electrical panel.

Was very hot in the room (the room temperature is control only at hotel level) and we had to sleep with the opened window. The water in the jacuzzi had an unpleasant smell.

Newly refurnished interior, room was clean,the bed was confortable,the bathroom very clean and well equiped, a relax restaurant  athmosfere with proper music selection, clean spa area.

for Spa area it is needed more attention, we stayed 4 days and never found somebody on Spa reception, from two hot-dry saunas only one was working, in humid sauna there is an unpleasant smell and also pipes left on sight, in jacuzzi only in first day the air bubbles functioned well. Owners and Staff need to focus more for Spa area.

We could not find the opening hours of the spa area neither on the website but in the information booklet in the room. However, reception staff was very friendly to help. Also, it would have been nice to have some chairs (or a second chair in the room) to sit in the balcony to enjoy the sunset.

Breakfast music was something out of a rural disco in Greece, horrible, annoying, loud and really the opposite of one might expect from such a clean and elegant location. We blamed it on some of the waiters who wanted to "keep the party going" or something.

The room was on the small side, lacking usual amenities such as kettle and tea/coffee. Inside the bathroom the toilet was in a very tight space, next to the shower glass wall, so you had to squeeze to get there. Although the restaurant looked nice and the menu was closer to a fine dining place than a "regular" restaurant (especially due to the high prices), the food was just average in the best case...Nice plating, but some weird food combinations. Breakfast was varied, but many times the plates were empty and it took a while until they got refilled, although there was always someone there from the staff that looked over the buffet. The spa was included in the accommodation and it was okish for a 30min recovery, but it can be improved a lot with better cleaning and some quick fixes: the pillows from the loungers were stained and moldy, the showers were partially broken and the water from the pool had debris and insects.

The hotel was renovated a few years ago. The lobby and the restaurant looked very good, almost like new. The staff was really helpful, both at the reception and at the restaurant. I was surprised by the wireless phone charger in the room, that was a nice touch. There is a free EV charging station for customers in the parking lot, although it might be very easy to miss because there is no sign.
