The staff was very friendly upon our arrival. They were expecting us, as we followed the instructions sent by the property. The check-in experience was easy-peasy, and pleasant. The outside back yard were the tents are mounted gave us a calm and peaceful vibe. The view over the forest and the mountain in the background is something, even more beautiful at night fall. The tent had everything that you and and some. Double bed, blanket, extra blanket, chair, table, sealing light and a bed side lamp and also the heater and a/c. The deck which the tent is mounted had a table for two, and bit delimited just enough for your privacy. The indoor bathroom and kitchen modern and had all you need. The outdoors facilities such as toilets and showers, we’re very clean and also cool experience to have. Upon arrival we requested if we can do a barbecue, even tho there were other guests and the host did not hesitate to show us where we find everything we needed. Also the other guests were cool with everything, nice to have people like that, as everyone was doing something different. Overall great experience, great vibes, great facilities and value for money. Definitely will come back for summer experience too as mine was sortish fall. 10/10

It is quite close to the main road and when it is traffic is a little bit noisy, but we expected that as the pin on map is available, and close to the church, which on Sunday mornings, if you want to sleep late, it is not a good match due to the bells. Because the bed is made of wood, it is squeaking when moving/turning, could be a little annoying for people that are easily awoke from sleep. Even with these, we really enjoyed our staying.

The ladies talking care of the Glamping were super nice and helpful. There is toilet/shower outside but also inside, in case you would like more privacy. The breakfast was good and also the coffee. We had the option to take bikes and ride through the village. Even if we arrived earlier than the check in normally is, the lady welcomed us and invited us for coffee. In the tents, there are electrical heater and ventilator, in case it is cold or hot. I really recomand this place.

It’s quite noisy. If some of the noises can not be avoided (hens, dogs), also the other guests contribute to the general noise levels. I would advice the owners to make a recommandation for a minimum age requirement (such as 7 yr old).

The serenity late in the evening or early in the morning. The layout is done in such a way that you do not phisically see the other people from your tent. Very clean common spaces.

We stayed there during Easter so everything was closed and the closest open restaurant we found was in Sinaia, which was very far. But if you go there during the year, I am sure you can find a place to eat

Beautiful location, lovely people, amazing mountain area, bikes available for use, great breakfast, we will definitely come back to check out the area some more and stay at this campsite again! I would highly recommend this place to anyone else 🙂

So the list of things I didn't particularly like is quite short and the items on this list were not a deal breaker, but they're worth mentioning: - at night there are dogs and other animals who make a lot of noise, as well as the cars from the main road. They offer earplugs but they wouldn't stay inside for me, so maybe bring your own if you're a light sleeper - the breakfast is not too diversified, some boiled eggs, tomatoes, kappia peppers, butter croissants, bread, cereals and jam. It would've been nice to have the option to at least get an omelette and some more vegetables

On the list of things we liked while staying at Valea Doftanei Glamping were: - the staff was amazing and helpful - they have a parking lot right in the backyard away from the main street. Just ask them and they will guide you to it - they have a barbecue available on the property - the tents are specious and they have blankets and heaters if you're not used to temperatures of 15C or lower at night

really noisy ( cars on the street, roosters, tents very close so any noise can be heard from another tent). temperature: very hot during the day and very cold during the night. restaurants in the area are a “no go” (we bought from 2 different places -Daisy and Veverita- and both had spoiled food with mold on it).

The weather was a bit unstable and our last night was very windy.

The hosts were more than helpful and they really wanted to make sure our stay is perfect. There was a good variety of comfy chairs. I liked the breakfast options, the food was fresh. The cats and the dogs were friendly and the bikes the host gave us were perfect to explore the town

The experience of sleeping in a tent far exceeded our expectations: first of all the staff was amazing, we had a great breakfast, it was not cold at all during the night, it's very clean and overall it's a beautiful place to spend the time. There are bikes, hammocks, coffee and tea, you can use the grill or order from nearby restaurants. We hope to visit again soon, with even more friends. And the best part are all the cute, friendly cats.

Location is not very remotely as I was exected,but still great for a weekwnd escape.

Staff was really friendly and always willing to help. The whole place looks really nice and instagramable. Even if the glamping was full, there was a nice atmosphere and very relaxing. Good and cheap restaurants nearby. Shop nearby. Fully equiped kitchen.

I loved the property, the view, the commodities, the breakfast, the location easy to find and close to another nice places, the experience of glamping was for us a first time and we loved it. We recommend it 🏕🤍

The place is very nice and I highly recommend it as a retreat for a few days. It is however in the back yard of the old house, in the village, not outside as some may expect from a camping.

Breakfast was simple but fresh and lovely. The location, on the porch of the old house, full of flowers, is cozy and charming.
