Broken showers and bathroom suit needs replacing.

The shower cabin was not very clean - there was mould in corners and rust on the soap holder. We were only there for one night so we skipped having a shower after seeing that. The duvet was tiny, definitely not enough for 2 people. There was a spare in the wardrobe but it didn't have a sheet cover and there were stains on it. The heating was behind the insulating curtains so the room was not very warm.

The location is good, very close to shops. The mattress was comfortable and the pillows were soft.

The Resturant is definitely worth the value, the matress as well and it's pretty clean. Staff is nice too. Otherwise, it does need serious investements.

THIS HOTEL HAS NO LIFT. (How does it get three stars with no lift?) Be prepared to walk up three flights of stairs with your luggage (no staff assistance was offered). The info on Booking.com states that there is no parking available. There was ample parking on the land outside the hotel. The info also states that no meal option is available at this hotel. This is wrong - breakfast is available at extra price, and the restaurant serves main meals. This misinformation does the hotel no favours and misrepresents irs offer.

Breakfast was OK, though it was not a buffet. The evening meal in the restaurant was excellent and good value for money.

They have a restaurant on ground floor which they rent for private parties They failed to inform us about the party The music was so unbelievable loud and uncomfortable. We resisted 2 hours and checked out middle of the night

Mattress horrible, you could feel the springs in your back; Cigarette smell in the room all the time. If you are not a smoker, good luck with that. It gave me breathing problems. Tiny bed and tiny blankets hard to sleep on it. If parties in the restaurant you will not be able to sleep. Our first night there was a birthday party with a band and all we could not sleep until 2am. The whole bedroom is shaking, never again. Need a serious investment in the rooms.

Kitchen bugs, in my room I have killed 4 in a 1 one week stay. November, no heat during the first two nights. It was cold. Ancient air conditioning unit full of dust, it was impossible to heat up the room.

Worst lightning i have ever seen in a hotel, i coundn’t even do my make up!!! cold rooms, the trip was in november but we had no heating. Mattresses were very bad, hurting your back. I couldn’t wait to leave!

In the room, the furniture was old and run down, the air conditioners were old and noisy, and there was a heavy smell in the rooms, I had rooms 101 and 102 and it was the same situation in both rooms, the Wi-Fi did not work.

The food at the restaurant was good and I was served very well. Reasonable waiting time. The menu is quite varied.

the room was different from the site. the bed was small, it look like a bed for kids(20cm aprox high). i order a double bed and inside of the room i saw 3 small beds. Also inside it was max 16 C degrees. at the end, i tell the stuff all the problems and thei say...sorry. yess..i am sorry for the rest of customers.

There is no lift.

A pleasant surprise! The description of this hotel on Booking.com needs to be revised, because the facilities are much better than listed. Contrary to the Booking.com description, there is a large car park and there is a (very good) restaurant for both dinner and breakfast, from 07.00.
