We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SwitzerlandSpa is private only and very small, the furniture in the room could use an update, it is not necessarily a 5-star hotel as international travelers would expect, but for Romania quite good very clean.
The beach view was amazing, we could have spent days just staring out the window, breakfast was good and the staff extremely friendly

RomaniaThe room is very small for a 5* hotel and quite expensive even if it is winter and there were not many guests. We couldn't stay too much on the balcony as there was coming a bad smell from the coolers. The curtains look old and worn out and the furniture needs replacement. It is definitely not worth paying the money they ask during the season but it is ok if you want to enjoy the sea during winter.
The staff is very helpful and obliging. The breakfast was plentiful, we had everything we wanted. The view was nice as we had a corner room with partial sea-view.

RomaniaThe rooms are very small, especially those without a balcony, which are very dark as well. The bathroom continues the trend and, of course, there’s no space for a tub. (At the very least get a room with balcony, otherwise you’ll feel claustrophobic). Cheaply renovated, with carpet that doesn’t go all the way to the wall, very small TV, and just bad quality furnishings, dated and badly scratched faucets, leaky showers (same in 2 separate rooms), drapes and towels with holes in them (this was really unexpected!), etc.. Overall, the entire design and quality are lacking. Very small variety of foods for those who don’t eat meat or want to fast/detox, and no organic foods or drinks. No chef station at breakfast for special orders. The food variety is really poor. I mean, these are very basic stuff that you expect in a 5 star hotel. Not even basic for 5 stars, let alone special. It’s very strange that no other hotels can get 5 stars even though they are much better, yet Vega never lost a star. Nostalgia made me book Vega, and I regret it. It’s definitely not a 5-star hotel.
Nice pool, good chefs, hard-working staff, and a great live band in the evenings. Unfortunately, everything else is negative.

SwedenSpa acces was not included, poor wifi, poor breakfast with barely any options. Staffmembers said that due to the season they don't offer the usual full breakfast menu (maybe should be mentioned to guests upon arrival or before booking.
Location was fine, guarded private parking and beach acces right infront of the hotel. Had a good view from our room.
