The fact the bath does not have curtains and every time we showered there was water on the floor. Also the breakfast room is really small and there is no much space in between the seats.

The receptionist was very kind and helpful, she gave us many options os places to visit and eat. The room was spacious and clean

Nowhere to hang the towels in the bathroom.

We only spent a short night over there (we arrived very early morning and had to leave before 11), so not too much to rate here. Just a clean and comfortable room. The breakfast was just amazing!

We were travelling with a 2 year old and a buggy (pushchair), our room had a few steps in front of the door, which was the case only for the rooms in that position. It was manageable, but not ideal.

The location was ideal if you want to stay away from the noise of busy streets and the old town music, but walking distance. The breakfast choices were good, and the food was freshly cooked in the morning. Easily access for pushchairs they have a good size lift and ramp in the front. Clean rooms, and good size rooms as well.

I would like to recommend this place if they would like to go around Bucharest. So accessible. There is a shop&go if you want to buy added items that you will be needing. Please use this property when in Bucharest.

Although we enjoyed the breakfast, the breakfast area is very small. On the first morning we had to wait around 15 minutes until a table became available. This wouldn’t normally be an issue but we had a walking tour booked so then felt like we had to rush. Although there isn’t a lot of tables for breakfast, they are also crammed into a small space. It’s hard to get back and forward to the buffet. We arrived after 10pm at night so decided to have one drink then head off to bed. I asked where the bar was and was told they don’t have one. When I booked it, it said there was a 24 hour bar, so we were a wee bit disappointed with this. We decided just to have a cup of tea or coffee in the room but although there was tea and coffee there was no kettle or milk/creamer. I had to go back to reception (in the extremely slow lift) they did apologise and provide me with a kettle (still no milk). We were on the 4th floor but tended to use the stairs for the rest of the trip as the lift took so long. It would have been good to have a couple of glasses in the room for water too. No shower curtain so the floor is soaking each morning. King size bed but only a double duvet inside the king size duvet cover. Our safe didn’t work either and despite asking at reception for it to be looked at, it never was.

The sound isolation was not the best, I heard the alarm and music from the neighboring room very easily.

The hotel is definitely not a 4 star rating as advertised, definitely 3 or under. The house keeping never changed our bed sheets during our 4 nights stayed although she keep replenising our towels, soaps and toilet rolls, she didnt even bother making our beds so we have to do it ourselves even though we have requested to clean our room, she must have been told by her boss not to do it otherwise, there is only 1 elevator in the hotel which I’ve noticed quite few of the guests are not happy as it only take 3 people at a time.The bathroom has no shower curtain so when you take your shower from the bathtub the whole floor of the bathroom get wet everywhere and it’s so slippery when you get out of the bathtub and dangerous.

The hotel is not a top notch but it is ok, the front desk lady Madalina is so helpful and very attentive and so as the girl from the breakfast area (Michaela), hotel is so close to old town, metro stop, bus stop, restaurants and convenience shops. The breakfast is good with a lots of choices from cereals,pastries, salads, cheeses, hot dogs, sausages, boiled/fried eggs, cold meats and fruits. Their Coffee machine makes a lovely drinks like cappuccino. Lattes etc.

In the morning, the hotel being fully booked, no space to have breakfast, the refill for breakfast products (eggs, omelette, cheese, ham, water glasses etc.) was poorly managed and everybody was waiting in a very small and crowed place during the entire slot interval 07:00-10:30. That is no way to start a morning!

I didn’t like that there is only one lift which takes long to come at peak times, for example in the mornings. Breakfast area could also be a little bit bigger. Otherwise, it was very good.

The area was a bit run down but lovely park nearby. Easy walk to old town. Looks a bit Edwardian in decor. Breakfast was ok, some days better than others . Kettle in room,but best to bring tea and coffee with you. Milk/water can be bought at local shop. Mini fridge (empty) in room to use. Not really 4 star in UK ratings. But still nice hotel.

Warm, comfortable stay. Hotel great at communication. Room was clean, good size, towels, dressing gowns, soap, small shampoo and hairdryer provided. Nice warm shower. Recently painted and curtains looked new. Easy to grab a taxi and explore the area.
