The bad experience was in the restaurant upstairs. Although it is a terrace, it was closed when I arrived. They took my order, they brought my order, when I was halfway through the meal, the table next to me started smoking regular tobacco, I left the food on the plate and asked for the bill, the waiter “Paul” never asked me Why did I leave more than half of the food… Terrible treatment from them. I will return to the hotel, never to the restaurant.

A new hotel, which claims to have 5*, but has 4*, although the treatment was very pleasant, the breakfast rated 8 out of 10. The bartender at the lobby bar was charming, very professional.

Tough to find one as we were extremely happy with our stay. This is not a big deal but slightly annoying that from the restaurant smokers kept going in and out next to our table so the sliding doors would open with a draft coming in. I am biased as I don't smoke and am aware that this freedom and ease access to the garden is great for smokers.

The hotel is in a very good condition, looks brand new and modern with all the facilities that we needed. Although it's next to a road it's very well insulated, didn't hear much noise and we were able to rest very well. The breakfast buffet was great and I particularly enjoyed having the option to order additional food from the kitchen. The staff was very kind and their behaviour was exceptional.

The breakfast is a 4/10 in my opinion. Been to plenty of 5 star hotels and this was by far rhe worst. Hopefully they will improve it by adding more things and also not by buying croissants from supermarket and putting them on ur table cold.

Jacuzzi temp not hot enough.

Staff was eager to help with any questions we had, and they gave great recommendations. The property was beautiful, the amenities felt luxurious. The included breakfast was amazing.

I could not think of anything that was not great.

Amazing hospitality, the staff and manager are some of the best I have come to know during my over 16 years of traveling. Everything was great, from the breakfast to the room and hotel amenities, the rooftop restaurant is excellent and the views are spectacular. Very close to the city center, a few minutes ride with the car. Would definitely recommend, I would pick it for every visit in Cluj-Napoca.

The room is not too soundproofed… you could still hear people on the hallway, or the cleaning team putting the vacuum on.

Everything was perfect. Attention to details, staff going above and beyond to satisfy out requests, excellent breakfast. The welcome screen on the TV, the automatic curtain opening when entering the room, the music in the bathroom and the little treats made us feel VIP guests.

Close to centre, huge rooms and comfy bed. Really nice design and colors. Great food. They also have pick-up/ transfer shuttle for airport. Great Staff- they always did their best to help me. See you next time, Vibre!

The hotel was absolutely lovely. Room was spacious, clean and really soundproof as my room was right next to the lift. Very welcoming, with a lovely message and desert waiting for me in the room upon arrival.

The restaurant was closed on the 2nd of January - not a big deal but a bit of an inconvenience as everything else was closed in the city - luckily they had a couple of snacks in the minibar.

Excellent service from everyone from the staff. The hotel is brand new, extremely comfortable & the fully digital rooms are a very nice touch!
