Easy to find, excellent communicqtion with the owner, closed and safe parking, very kind and helpfull administrator, comfortable beds, everyrhing was perfect!!

Our room had no AC, although you probably won’t need it most of the time. There was a next door neighbour who played music very loud (including evenings and mornings), so take into consideration if you’re not ready to party 😄

It is quite a beautiful mansion, the staff was very friendly and it was reasonably easy to find. The bathroom was beautiful and the room itself was fine.

There is a quite distance from the house to AquaPark and the road that connects the house with Calimanesti center is very busy during summer. So, you have to be a bit patience when you want to visit the swimming pools. It is in the proximity of the train station (100-200m away from the train station, and 50 to 100m away from the railways crossing). However, the trains are rare, so the noise of the trains is more than bearable.

The house is big and has a very nice architecture. There is a serving area next to the house which can be used. It is not a noise-free zone, but it is less noisy than the rest of the area.

Considering that we came here in the summer, the rooms were really hot and it would have been nice to have an AC. We had to sleep with our windows wide open.

The rooms were modern, clean and spacious. We liked how they were decorated; each room had a smart TV and there was a mini fridge in the main room. Bathroom was clean and had everything we needed.

No clothes hangers in the closet. NONE! No other form of hanger in the apartment. No hooks for towels in bathroom. In the summer the building will get good use of air conditioning.

Pillows are very uncomfortable. The train_but probably you can hear it from any location in the city.

Clean, new, spacious apartment. Could sleep with the windows open, though the train wakes you few times . There is a space for dining, where you can self cater.

Some more toileteries and newer towels will help. The bathroom radiator was not working. The location is a bit far from the main attractions from the region.

The Host was very nice and was prepared for our arrival, even made fire in kitchen pavilion. The rooms were clean. The price was good. There is also a small parking lot with camera surveillance.

I did not give it 10 stars only because the house is not completely renovated yet (upstairs and basement did not seem to be done), and although inside this was not a concern at all because everything was clean and well designed, outside there were some debris in the back of the house and around a storage shed (you would not normally care for those, but we had a doggy and he liked to explore that area, of course).

Lovely old vila that was renovated in great taste, with a nice large yard. The BBQ area and gazebo are very well organized for a comfortable stay. We felt wonderful there for a few days.

They have a problem with the heat and we couldnt sleep because it was so cold..i had a hot shower, put a lot of clothes on and stayed under the blanket and still i was freezing.We called the staff but they didnt do anything for the entire night. Next day we did our luggage and left, the staff gave us the money for the second night..I am really sorry, everything looked so great and it was a good value for the money, we were even thinking to try to rent it all for new years eve..but i have never been in a place where it was so cold.

Everything was great, the size of the room, everything was new, comfy beds, nice garden and good place to make barbeque, the location was ok,parking was easy in the yard or on the street.
