The sole issue worth mentioning is the absence of mosquito nets. While I cannot ascertain whether there were no mosquitoes in that vicinity, I certainly observed their presence in other locations, such as Vatra Dornei's central park. Aside from this concern, everything else met our expectations.

We enjoyed a delightful two-night stay at Vila Seva. The accommodations and service were in line with its 4-star rating. Our room was spacious, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. We were accommodated in a junior suite. The room's cleanliness and functionality were top-notch. The furniture and amenities appeared to be relatively new and well-maintained. Parking was convenient, as we had a designated spot right by the entrance. The breakfast was a highlight, featuring an impressive buffet with a wide array of choices. The breakfast area's staff was attentive and supportive, always ready to assist with beverages or desserts. While there were additional facilities available, such as a sauna, we regrettably did not have the opportunity to utilize them. All in all, discovering Vila Seva was a remarkable find for our time in Vatra Dornei.

Vatra Dornei, though a heavenly part of Romania, would need a bit of refurbishment from the authorities park, like paving the streets.

The lady at the reception desk extremely helpful and dedicated. Moreover, together with another one, during breakfast, they were serving the guests at the very table, like in a 7 star hotel!!! The hotel is downtown and during winter one can easily access skiing facilities.

The use of the pool was at extra cost. I booked this hotel for the pool, as my daughter loves swimming but refused to pay extra money for what should have been included in the price!

Lovely big rooms, modern showers and comfortable mattresses. Beautiful views of the mountains, plentiful breakfast, very kind and helpful staff.

This may just be me. Often hotels (and aircraft) pipe in an aroma that reminds me of church incense and it smells good to me. The aroma, whatever the scent is in this hotel, particularly in the hallways that seeped into the room, was way too much and to me did not smell good. We opened the room window often as that smell was way too much.

Excellent location. In particular, the women who seem to run the hotel - they do everything - were excellent. Maybe 4 women we saw over several days. Breakfast buffet was very good and they serve the coffee etc. and make sure everyone has what they need. The coffee was good and it was hot (not always the case in places). Our room was good size, as we opted for more room. Had day trips. We saw the painted Monasteries while staying in Suceava and took other day trips from Vatra Dornei, eg Ciocanesti which was great.

Overpriced. The price shown at the reception was lower than the on on booking.com. The receptionist claimed this is because of the booking.com fee I have never heard about this in any hotel that i stayed.

We really enjoyed staying at Vila Seva. The room was very spacious and clean and the breakfast was very tasty, but above all, staff is AMAZING. Always trying to help and be kind, gave us suggestions when needed, treated us and our children very well. Thank you. We will be back.

We wish we could stay longer!

The breakfast (included) was excellent. The variety, quality and authenticity of the food was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room (double room for family of 3) was spacious and very clean. The location was perfect allowing us do do many Bucovina attractions in the region in 3 days.

Although the price of the room is 4 stars, there are many aspects that are missing for the 4 stars. The bed linen was not changed during the 3 days of accommodation (although at 4 stars it must be changed every 2 days), the refrigerator in the room was empty (it's the first time I find an empty refrigerator at 4 stars), the reception closes at 9 p.m. :00, the furniture is a bit old, there is no elevator (although it has P+2).

Very noisy from the street and also from the other rooms. To few parking spots, almost on the sidewalk, near pedestrians. Way to expensive.

There is space underneath the door, so there was a lot of noise coming from the hallway. We were expecting the room to be a bit more soundproof than this. Also some light bulbs were not working so there wasn't quite enough light in the room.

Comfortable and sturdy bed with a firm mattress. Very good spacious shower. Enough heating during the night. Good breakfast.
