Very old construction, no lift, seepage marks in wash room

Value for money, but old construction. the reception guy was very responsive and there to help you. Nevertheless building is an old construction and not a contemporary hotel. But i consider it value for money. The guy also upgraded by room to apartment which is highly appreciated

The hotel is like the 1980s. There is no internet. Not at all. It's not breakfast, but even if it were, I wouldn't have the courage to try. The staff is very friendly, but the conditions are like that. What's more, every night, long-term hotel residents smoke on a balcony at the end of the aisle and throw cigarettes on the floor. In the morning, cleaning is done, but in the evening the cigarettes are thrown on the floor again. The front door is shorter by 5 cm, so smoke from the cigarettes of those who smoke on the balcony at the end of the aisle will enter your room. :)) It's disturbing.

The price is good, the hotel is centrally located, free parking on the street in front of the hotel, silence at night, hot water, clean rooms, air conditioning, refrigerator.The bed mattress is very good, so are the pillows, the sleep is good.

The hotel is decrepit and there's a persistent smell of mold in the hotel (less so in the room). I would say it hasn't changed much from the time of communism.

Room was clean. Bed sheets and towels were also clean. Most of the furniture was relatively new. There was a fridge in the room. Bathroom was ok. It's very close to the city center.

Not that I didn't like, but this hotel must have been a gem when it was new, it has aged a little and looks a little down from the outside. The rooms exceeded my expectation of the place from the outside.

The owner of the hotel was a very pleasant host, his advice/recommendations were spot on. The room was good, very clean, for Romania- exceptionally clean! (I have walked out from hotels in this country and slept in the car)

During the pandemic, I can understand austerity from a property. I just needed a room, to sleep, clean up. This property did that. They only accepted cash, which was a surprise. No toiletries offered (but I had my own). In Giurgiu, there are few options for hotel stays, apparently all the business is across the Danube in Ruse. For me, Hotel Vlasca gave me what I needed.

the place was obviously quite grand when it was built in the 70s but not a lot has change done since then except the addition of air conditioning many years ago. the A/C rattled and didn’t work awfully well in heat mode, the room was basic but clean.

there is scarcity of accommodation in Giurgiu and so the location was good short walk from the centre.

Shower not working, bath no plug, so washing was different. Duvet did not cover bed, ok if it’s one person otherwise not suffice.

Bike storage, close to town, handy for Euro Velo 6,clean towels and sheets, was worried by reviews but was ok for 1 night when no other choice

The mattresses were not comfortable. Due to works in the city, there was no hot water, which I think should have been brought to the guests' attention at the time of booking, not just at check-in. You should check it first!

A good place if you have to stop a night for rest. Pretty clean, white towels and bedclothes. Good Wi-fi. There are free parking spots beside the street in front of the hotel.

The bathroom. Bathtub was shaking.Water was pooping near the tub. Sink was shaking. A lamp was trembling on the bathroom ceiling.Worst of all there was no heat! Only A/C that sent out only cold air!up to 20 degrees!!!
