I put very low value for the personal for persons who communicate by booking.com (not to nice guy who was in the hotel!). They didn't answer for any my questions. Also it was really unpleasant to receive a message that we have to register by an internet site, and the registration should be at 15.30 (though in the booking it was at 15.00).

Rooms was not ready on check in. A/C stopped work at night. Sound isolation is bad.

Whole hôtel was smelly, no one at the réception at 6pm, self checkin, the AC from our room broke so it was super hot, walls thin like paper we could hear the neighbour snore... No sheets juste a bedcover. Shower was old and broken and the hairdrer didn't work neither. A SCAM for the price of the room

Too simple breakfast, and not tasty , should be more interesting for such purity place . Not good coffee.

This doesn't feel like a hotel, more like a guesthouse. Most of the time there is nobody at the reception desk and you do self check in so you don't really get any hotel service (i.e. someone to ask questions to). It feels like they are trying to save money. Room was clean but quite dated, like being in your grandmother's house.

Good location, quite close to the beach and main square and walking street. The breakfast was not bad including some very nice cheeses. The server at breakfast was very nice.

Great and clean room, with a beautiful view, very close to the sea. The hotel are in central parth of old Town, with a lot o shops and restaurants. Parking at hotel is also available. Staff are very kind. Hardly recommend.

The breakfast area and the way to breakfast area was not clean at all. The bread on breakfast was like 3-4 days old (was not dried was old).

Bathroom and main room were disgustingly dirty.

OMG!!! This is the dirtiest hotel room we have ever rented. This is so unhealthy and disgusting. Your hotel needs to be shut down and completely cleaned. The room smelled like a latrine and the bathroom was disgusting.

The only thing I would comment on is needed is a slightly bigger TV, but not essential as everything else was perfect!

Lovely building, very friendly and helpful staff. Nice clean room with a beautiful bed and a good sized bathroom. Breakfast was included and delicious and made to order. Great selection and view of the sea too!

The first room we we're put in was not at all in decent condition (the shower tube did not work neither the plug). At our request, they changed the room with a decent one. The price was high because of the festival, otherwise basic conditions. Breakfast was great and the view from the terrace too...needs a bit of improvement in the rooms.

Wow…where to start: 1. The single most dirty place I’ve ever stayed in, the elevator has not been serviced for 2 years! 2. Mold, hasn’t been painted in probably 5 years. 3. Bathroom stinks 4. Room is very tiny 5. On the top floor you have the restaurant, where they have pigeons(imagine the smell). If you have the room at the first floor you will have trouble sleeping.

It’s not a negative aspect, it’s more like a suggestion: breakfast is served on the spot, you choose a table and then order what you’d like to eat from the menu, which is a good thing in a way, however, for those in a hurry/in need of catching a train/etc this takes too much time. It would have been nice to have the possibility to preorder the breakfast or have something ready to choose from. In case there was and I wasn’t aware, then it’s my bad.

Perfect location (at walking distance from both the city centre and the beach). The room was very clean, had everything one can need, comfortable bed, full minibar, tasty breakfast. The staff are also very kind and friendly. Quick check-in/check-out.

The room was small, with almost no window, and claustrophobic. The pictures on the website are definitely from the grand opening, 20 years ago.
