The Hostel described its location as "in the heart of Sibiu" and that is absolutely true. Aside from that the rooms, shower and toilet are clean and the staff is super friendly.

The floor cracks on each step, bad luck if you get roomed with late sleepers like me.

Floor is a bit noisy (squeaks and creaks); Employees could improve communication and explain more of the hostel areas/details/things to do & see and what to do nearby; Food in the fridge was smelly; I suggest allowing only closed recipients/boxes and forbid uncovered plates/pans inside it.

Location is just perfect.

Right in the center of old town, you walk out and everything you need is there, staff were quiet but helpful when you spoke to them, free tea in reception, bathrooms fine etc.

I didn't expect the hotel to be so nice and quiet. He was really calm and lokayson was in a very nice place. The employees were very friendly. It is also very nice that the doors are locked with a card. In case there was more than one person in the room, it also provided extra confidence to give a lock for the closet. But most importantly, it was a very nice place with a location that allows everywhere and an affordable price performance.

Toilet Showers are open with just curtains to cover them. I would suggest to put a door in the Showers as different people have different needs of privacy while using showers🚿 Kitchen area is too small to enjoy cooking time. Space between the upper and lower dormitory beds is quiet less. I would suggest to opt for upper dormitory bed as you won't hit your head while getting up and it will be easier to sit nicely.

This is the perfect hostel to stay in Sibiu. It is in the city centre next to all the touristic spots of the city. Just below the hostel downstairs is a supermarket, money exchange shop and lots of nice restaurants which makes a traveller needs complete without any search on arrival. Then is the warm and kind welcome by the staff Mr. Khan who is the manager - very friendly and helpful person. He makes sure all needs of the guest are satisfied for a nice stay. Then there is Dulha (Main guy at the reception) who is very very polite to understand and hear your requirements and make sure they all are met well on time. Hostel has a nice positive vibe and is very quiet with clean toilets. They also provide laundry services which is very cheap and budget friendly for a traveller. I used the laundry and am very satisfied with the cleaning services. Also the place is very spacious. It doesn't look closed or small like cheap hostels. Even though the price is cheap for a stay but at this price you get a lot of nice facilities during your stay. I would recommend this place for sure to anyone coming to Sibiu. Manager’s hospitality was exceptional. I will definitely come back to sibiu and directly B13 hostel. Worth the price 100% and everything were newly installed. Definitely recommend this place to all travelers. Location was also best.

Very quiet hostel, but may be the time of year! The bunk beds were also very low which meant hitting your head a lot, but all very manageable :)

No hooks near the shower to hang my clothes. It’s a unisex bathroom so, as a woman, i don’t want to walk out with only the towel wrapped on my body.

Location was very central. You walk out it is the Main Street with all the shops and restaurants and 2 blocks to main square. Facilities were great. Big room big common area room. Lockers throughout the hostel was a plus.

Big Rooms, many showers and toilets in different levels as well separated from the room, which for my opinion is perfect. Big storages to lock your personal belongings. The staff was very friendly . They have a kitchen and a living room . The location is very good . The cameras make me feel safe .
