The fact that they changed the name of the hotel It's actually missleading because I thought that they built-in an other building but they renovated the old one, and you still have to walk outside in the other bulding if you want to go to the pool.

I enjoyed the spa facilities, very good breakfast, very nice rooms and comfy bed.

Not a big variety at breakfast, and the access to the pool is only at Wolf 2 were due to a swim camp it was pretty crowded and uncomfortable due to the big number of kids jumping in tje water.

The room, bathroom, the crib was brand new, the spa facilities at new wolf were updated or new. Everything was nice and the staff really kind.

The food at Taverna wasn't that good. Rooms were not 100% sound proof, and most of people checked in there had kids, and they were pretty loud. The walls are ok, the noise was coming from the hallway.

Big and clean room, friendly staff members, good breakfast. I didn't get to use the pool or the spa facilities, but people wearing bath robes looked relaxed :)

It’s a little pricey for not being walking distance from the castle but worth it.

This is the 3rd time I’ve stayed at New Wolf. It’s a newer hotel in a good location with an on-site restaurant, market, and pizza place.

Water pressure in our room was a bit lacking.

Great room, comfortable bed and nice new furniture. The place was very clean and any issues we had were promptly dealt with. The pool is in a neighboring hotel and while a bit dated in places, it was great.

I would maybe give out 2 key cards from the start, add a box of tissues in the bathroom and offer the possibility to regulate the room's temperature somehow (if there is such a thing, we haven't managed to find it).

The property is really easy to find, check-in was smooth, there's a a reception in the building. We liked the room, it is new and it was spotless clean (bathroom included). The property itself has multiple buildings we were in the most recently built one. The room also has a minibar with the prices listed in the welcome brochure. The bed was large and comfortable, the bathroom is also equipped with everything (I would add a box of tissues still) and there was a nice balcony with a small table and two chairs where you can enjoy some sun. Breakfast was also good, it is a continental breakfast with some local twist ("zacusca" or cold vegetable stew is very good) but would cater to everyone I think. The juices could maybe be improved upon, other than that everything was tasty.

The directions from the booking app were not correct, and it took us in the wrong place. The location is easy to find, it is right at the entrance to Bran behind Mega Image store.

The rooms are very spacious and clean. The staff is very friendly. The location has a sauna and jacuzzi. It also has a fitness room.
