The yard has 17 sun chairs for ~60 rooms. The yard is quite big and if it is nice weather, people will stay outside. I think maybe few more chairs would not hurt. The bathroom floor shower skink was in a wrong angle and did not work properly so every time I took a shower, it would flood the bathroom and was constantly smelling from the drain. The room did not have an AC or a fan of any kind. The rooms next to the yard get very hot , it becomes very uncomfortable even with the window open.

The location itself, the way it is structured. It provides a very good restaurant with extraordinary food and amazing staff. A well organized spa. A green yard so you can sit and enjoy a relaxation time.

The host decided to make a fire camp every night, starting from 9 PM to approximately 1 AM in the morning. The rooms where we slept were 8-10 meters away from the fire and all the smoke was entering our room. The rooms are not equipped with A/C and if you don't open the windows, you will start sweating in an hour and feel the lack of oxygen in the room. With 2 kids in the room, it was unbearable. Despite talking the matter with the host, they decided to keep going for the fire. The name of the Hotel "Bio Hotel" is completely incompatible with the amount of pollution generated every night and intoxicating the guests, instead of allowing them to enjoy the clean fresh air that we all came there for to enjoy. Terrible management decision. I could understand doing it once a week as an attraction and part of an event, every night is not something any guest with the windows on that side would agree to The bathroom is ridiculously designed with open shower with no door to seal the water so after a shower, the small bathroom will be full of water everywhere and near the sink, so you'll have to clean it or the next person will have its feet wet. The dressing for the clothes is very small and tight, with very little space to add your clothes. The food from the menu for the a la carte service is a paradox of delicious foods with bad ones. So its like a kinder surprise. You never know what is going to be I recommend the marinated pork neck to anyone, assuming they'll keep the quality. I recommend not paying in advance untill you get a confirmation from the host if any of the above issues are concerning to you. Due to the above, I would never go there again, even for half the price The place good be great if the host would actually comply with some world-wide basic best practices and if they would control the food quality in the restaurant.

Paul, the head waiter provided an exceptional service. He was impecable from all points of view and made the stay there bearable; Reception staff were profesional, had good english command, were very patient, kind and polite. Some of the food from the menu was very nice The room, bed sheets, towels were very clean Rich breakfast with a broad range of good quality food varieties Nice yard setup with a generous space for the kids to play.

I did not notice in the listing of the property, but they requested an extra fee for parking. Although parking in the fields and was not in a closed yard. Was unpleasant surprise.
