I was pretty hard to go with the sky equipment and luggage, the staff was very nice and helped us a lot from the cable cart to the chalet.

A good breakfast , can be improved, but it was satisfying.

I saw another review that the shower gel was missing. That’s true - we had 3 shampoos and balsams but 0 shower gel.

Amazing staff, they called 1 day before our arrival and prepared us for the snow :). They even called again while we were getting to their location offering their support if needed. You will love their staff. Sadly, you get poor services in Ro but not at Yager Chalet.

The stay was excellent. I would rate it as one of the best and unique hotels in Romania. From the top of the mountain, the view is stunning. All the personnel is naturally friendly and very kind. After around 5pm when telegondolas don't work anymore, you are left alone in silence and the beauty of nature all around, which can't be found almost nowhere else. The chalet is very cozy, made out of beautiful wood (including refurbished wood that might be even a century old) that is stunning. The rooms are very comfortable, with an amazing design. I recommend the rooms with a balcony with mountain view. I saw some feedbacks saying that breakfast was not very diverse, however I would say that for a mountain cottage at that altitude, breakfast and the rest of restaurant food options are extremely diverse and very tasty. Before I booked it, I was worried that there would be noise from the outside music at the terrace, however once you are inside the room, there is absolutely no noise at all. Besides the music is on until around 5pm, when telegondolas finish working. I totally recommend to spend a couple of nights in a relaxing atmosphere here.

The air conditioning was either off or there is not a unit. It did get warm in the room overnight so I opened the door to allow outside cool air in.

While I had an overall positive experience during my recent stay at this property, there was one aspect that I found disappointing. Specifically, I was disappointed to discover that there was an additional cost associated with using the property's car service to take me down to town and bring me back up to the hotel. While I understand that some properties may charge additional fees for certain services, I found this to be an unexpected expense that I would have preferred to have been included in the overall cost of my stay. Despite the extra cost for the car service, I would still recommend this property to others looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Superb! We came during the week when there are not many guests. We were called by the lady from the reception to ensure that she informs us about the way we can get to the chalet and the schedule of the cable car, but in the end, because she had work in Poiana Brasov, she called us to ask if we wanted to go with her by car (on this occasion we also went off road :)) Thank you! All the cabin staff were extremely attentive and welcoming. We received a room upgrade ( a room with a mountain view - spectacular!) Everything was very clean, very quiet (because we came in the off-season), but I'm convinced that it's also very nice in season. Very good food with prices similar to those in Poiana Brasov or central Bucharest (don't expect very low prices). Very beautiful and stylish chalet.

The cable car company should reconsider their working hours. In winter it may make sense to work 9-16h but that is not the case in summer.

Nice location, especially if you want to be away from crowds and enjoy sunsets on top of the mountain while being close to comfortable accommodation.

We liked everything from the design of the rooms and of the chalet, the welcoming and very nice staff, the great location and amazing view, everything was excellent. We loved it and had such a great time, hope to come back soon and stay longer.
