Private parking garage - very safe. Metro station is near and other public transportation also. Room was nice and they have everydays cleaning. Staff was very polite. There is no terrace in rooms but have a designated ground floor garden terrace that everyone can use. Breakfast was regular for this type of place.

It’s advertised with free private parking. Only six private parkings slots for a hotel with 60 rooms. At the time of my arrival it was no parking available at the premises and I’ve been suggested to park it anywhere where I’ll find a spot down on the road. At 1:30 AM I had to cruise desperate around the block in order to find a safe spot in unknown and unfamiliar area warring not to be toed or not to find my car scratched, smashed or broken into. Only one set of towels for a twin room. I had to go and ask for the second one. I think they stopped heating up the building or them remote in the room wasn’t working. I’ve got excited when I saw AC in the room, but not for long because I couldn’t find the remote from it. For breakfast I had to polish my cutlery because it didn’t look clean or washed.

Room didn't get cleaned on my 2nd day. To be fair, I did not leave my room until 1 pm. No drinking water in the room

Good location, about 3 minutes walking to the metro station. Quick connection to old town. Nice room, good internet connection. Relatively hard mattress, but I slept great! Breakfast is rather basic but fine.

The garage has a limited no of spaces, so you may or may not get a place and there is very little possibility to park on the street in the nearby...

The bed was a little too soft for me. Some people from the staff are not so polite.

I liked the room, it was very clean. Some people from the staff are very kind. I requested a room with double bed (instead twin room) and I got an upgrade for the entire room to the Superior Double Room. This was a very pleasant surprise. The breakfast was ok. Overall is a good choice if you have business on that area of Bucharest.

All good - we expected to get our money's worth, and it was better. For a room to sleep and have something to eat, it was very good and accessible.

We were upgraded for free to a double room, which was a pleasant surprise. Breakfast for all tastes. Location is extremely good, exactly fit for our needs. 10 minutes to AFI mall, 2 to Orhideea(Starbucks, places to eat, hypermarket), metro and bus stations nearby.

Night Shift receptionist was rude. Bed was not the most comfortable.

Very central, easy to find parking when the hotel parking was full. Breakfast was nice and every day there was some different items. Good value for money.

Air conditioning wasn't really very effective due to extreme heat.

Large bedroom, clean and comfy. Reception staff were very helpful. Breakfast was good, although it's not what some people would choose to have, and I'm talking about not many cereals, no fruit juice. Parking on the street was fairly easy and they have got an underground car park as well.

Breakfast is bad with no inclusion of fruits and was same on all 4 days Non AC room was given on first night and after repeated reminders AC room was offered the next day. Staff was very stiff for any alteration. .

Location is extremely good and the check in staff was cooperative.

The lack of hot water. It is very inconvenient not to have warm shower during the winter season.

Clean rooms, polite staff and good breakfast with plenty of options. The location is good and there is free parking on the street in front of the hotel.

1) The staff was helpful but didn't speak english very well.. 2) We asked about the restaurant (opening hours) and they told us that ''we don't know yet because of the holidays''. The restaurant never opened. 3) Every time you want to take a shower you must wait 10-15 minutes to get hot the water. 4) They need more plugs (no plug near the bed no plug in bathroom)

The room was large and very warm, good wi fi, free parking , good breakfast, value for money. The hotel is far from the center but near the metro station. There are a lot of shop if you walk 5-10 minutes and a large mall that you can do shopping.
