How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

The location is great, a minute from the main pedestrian and shopping zone in Belgrade. The free parking place is very convenient since it's difficult to park in the center of the city. If you have a bigger car you might need some help getting inside but you get used to it. Sometimes it is crowded with cars but the neighbors are very polite and you just call them and they move the cars so you can get out. The apartment is very nice and cosy, so you feel as if you're at home.

The apartment is spacious, comfy and clean and it is located near the main street and the fortress of belgrade ( 2 mins by walk).

They dont accept credit cards, but this is not a problem if you know it before you go.
Size and comfort of a house, equipment of a 4 star hotel, price of b&b, in the most central area of Belgrade, with private parking! Too good to be true? It is true! Anybody looking for a place to stay in Belgrade, dont have second thoughts, dont search for anything else. The place is just perfect.

The apartment is awesome!!! Very clean and nice place. You have everything you need. Good location. It is very close to Kalemegdan and Kneza Mihaila. Safe and free parking. Highly recommended.

Property exactly as displayed, spacious, comfortable, well equipped and perfectly located in the city centre with all the major sites a short walk away and a shopping centre with a large supermarket just around the corner. The apartment is actually a small bungalow/granny annex behind an apartment block, parking is in the courtyard immediately in front of it.

The apartment was excellent! The location is in the heart of Beograd, everything is very close and you can go even on foot. It was very clean, it had all the necessary equipment. The parking is very useful because its difficult to find public parking in the center of town. The best of all was the owners. We had a problem with our car and they helped us to find service. Due to the car problem we had to leave the country different time than the arranged and the owners offered us free late check out . We absolutely recommend it ☺️! Thank you for everything!

The apartment is located in the heart of Belgrade but yet we didn’t hear any noise because the street is very quiet. Knez Mihajlova, Kalemegdan, ZOO, great restaurants are just few minutes away. We traveled with a 3 year old so it was very convenient. The apartment is very very specious and very well equipped and you feel like home. The parking is a huge plus. The host is very lovely and she was always available for any questions we had. All in all, if we visit Belgrade again this will be our first choice!

everything is prefect
The apartment is situated near to the main pedestrian street but in the same time it's location is on a very quiet small street. There are a private yard with a place for parking and not worry about where and how to park your car. The apartment itself is very comfortable and clean. It is situated on a ground floor basically it is like a small house with a separate entrance. In the apartment there is a prepared an information board with all info about the restaurants, sight seen and ect. All facilities such as code door lock for easy self check-in. We did not personally met the host but there was a perfect communication they are so polite and nice. Also the Wi-Fi is fast. The place is equipped with everything that you need. My kids enjoyed on the candies left on the coffee table... :) and on the compliments left for them and for us it was so nice.

It is a totally renewed apartment, very comfortable for four persons.Very clean, a lot of facilities, coffee, tea and basic ingredients for cooking. You can park your car exactly close to the door of the apartment, inside a safe yard. Ideal location, two minutes walking from Knaiza Mihailova and one minute from Kalemegdan Park. Very good communication with owner. In general, we had a very very pleasant stay.

Apartment is fully equipped, location is absolutely gorgeous, close to Kalemegdan and Knez Mihailova pedestrian street but in in a quiet street.
