The bed was a real nightmare. It is a real minus for apartment like this in such a good location and in a beautiful building. The one that is available creaks and squeals so much that every turn during the night ends with the man waking up. This greatly reduces the quality of sleep and spoils the overall picture of the apartment, which is apparently very beautiful. Please replace it as soon as you can.

Good location for exploring the city, excellent garage, nice and good looking apartment. You will have everything you need. City busses are really nearby the property. The building is very safe and nice. Check in and check out is really simple and convenient. The girl Andjela was very polite and helpful.

The fact that the host's 'assistant' did not know any English, like 0. It was hard to communicate with her about the payment and everything else. I was telling her I do not understand Serbian and she kept speaking in Serbian.

The apartment is nice, the owner is a great person, the parking was really nice. Close to public transportation and to the city centre.

Cooking staff need to upgrade. They’re chip and damage and not glass and other staff… Also nobody coming clean up and change towels and toilet paper and towels for kitchen…

The only problem was that the sink drain was blocked and from there there was an unpleasant smell in the cabinet under the sink. Also, the girl who was supposed to bring us the keys took a lot longer than she said she would. But she was nice and kind.

Everything was amazing, apartment was perfectly clean and it had everything you need for your stay. The location is also great as you are close to city center and other beautiful places in Belgrade. I also liked the building itself and garage. Next time I am in Belgrade, i will be staying here again. And not to forget, Bojan is great host. All the best!!

There were problems at check-in from the very beginning. I was greeted by a cleaning lady who asked for cash. I asked to speak to the landlord and he was extremely arrogant and nervous. The neighborhood where the apartment is located is extremely noisy. The bed is uncomfortable and squeaks. There is mold in the apartment and it has not been cleaned and maintained (photo attached). The apartment does not have a toaster, clothes dryer, anti-fire device, ironing board, although all of these are listed in the contents. The kitchen has no basic facilities, no salt and pepper. Even there was a washing machine, there is no washing detergent. The TV is unusable and there are no clear instructions for use. I am extremely unsatisfied with the service, content and do not recommend accommodation in that apartment.

Nothing, wish I wanted to avodi the booking of this apartment.

The house is located quite far from the central places. I didn't pay attention when making the reservation, there is a heavy smell of cigarettes in the house and the bed was making a lot of noise. There weren't many kitchen utensils. There was no detergent for the washing machine. There was no place to dry. We met with the host half an hour later. However, it may not be preferred in terms of cigarette smell, an uncomfortable bed and distance from touristic places.

If you come by car, you can park indoors for 5 euros per day. A big advantage for Belgrade.The advantage of the house is that it is located just below the market. In terms of transportation, it is 4-5 minutes walking distance from the tram and buses. There are restaurants and cafes on the street under which the tram passes. In terms of studio apartments, the house is beautiful and in a new building. Wifi was good, it was a clean house. The air conditioner worked just fine. This house is good in terms of parking, market and public transport.

the staff was soooo rude and not nice at all. she wrote rude messages before arrival, and not nice in person. and the place can hear neighbors talking. and the host took extra money and didn’t want to refund. whole robery. for guests not Serbian, I suggest not come here.

The apartment smelled like cigarettes even though the window had been opened all the time. A day before the arrival, I asked the host if there were any specific check-in or parking instructions as I hadn't received anything, he just replied that he'd be waiting for me at the address. When I arrived at the address (during the hours I said I'd be arriving) and messaged the host, he said that I would have to wait since he was not at the address and that I should have called 30 minutes before arrival (despite saying a day before that he'd be waiting for me and not saying anything about me having to call before arrival). It probably only took about 30 min for him to arrive, but it was still an annoying situation that could have easily been avoided.

The parking garage was the main reason I chose this accommodation and since it has a reserved parking space, it meant I could easily park the car there. If you have a very tall car, it might be wise to check with the owner beforehand if it's gonna fit (since it's essentially parked on a sort of car lift). Normal sized SUVs and the like should fit, though. The host was also very responsive to messages and accepted payment in EUR without any issues (there was no option to prepay or to pay with credit card).
