All the staff was very friendly and attentive. I really appreciated that they spoke to us in Spanish. Thanks to them I got a very good impression of Serbia. The breakfast was delicious. Good location. I would definitely come back to this hotel if I ever have the opportunity.

There was a smell in the room, when we arrived. The smell was also in the shower. The sink was broken. The breakfast was not bad, but the tray with fried eggs was empty and was updated when I have already finished my breakfast. Also coffee was not good, I do not like it…

In my case was not really a problem, but for others may be important to know that there is not a lift and you have to get up using the stairs to a 3rd floor.

Very welcoming and helpful staff. The room was very confy, the breakfast very good and the day of the departure I was offered to take a breakfast box. It is really in the centre of town around middle point between the National Museum and Nikola Tesla Museum.

I stayed three nights in Hotel Argo during my solo trip to Serbia. I am very satisfied about my stay! The structure looks as if it had been renewed, though preserved it's charm. My room was spacious, clean, with a comfortable bed and a great view. The location couldn't be better, you could get easily to/from the airport as it's near A1 line, and all points of interest in the city. The breakfast was great! But above all, it was the hospitality and friendliness of everybody from the staff that made it so special! They were amazing from the first moment, upon arrival (and I got there late, after midnight) providing me with a lot of information, always smiling, willing to help, they really went above and beyond to make me feel like a guest and not only a customer. I was enjoying the balcony so much that the only thing I felt missing was a pair of chairs to sit on because the weather was nice and the view spectacular. The only thing I can point out was a small stain on one of the bed covers.

We were actually upgraded to a superior room with a balcony which was very nice. The room was spacious, had all the facilities and a properly working AC. Even through the room looks across a busy junction the windows were doing their job in keeping the room isolated and quiet. The staff is very kind and helpful, even greeting each guest on their own language in the breakfast area.

The fact that the Hotel has no lift was a bit disturbing for us, especially when my son is sleeping and I need to carry him up to bed. I must say that the staff helped us with the luggage but I don't recommend it for people with small children and elderly. Since the hotel is in the heart of the city, parking is expensive and the hotel does not provide free or discounted parking for her residence. Wi-fi isn't the strongest I've ever encountered but still managed to use it a bit.

The bathroom literally cried longing to see a plumber. Cried pouring its tears all over the floor, as the shower enclosure didn't hold water.

The staff! OMG, I've never better staff in a hotel. First of all Ljiljana! She was the best! So sweet with us and our little baby! He fell in love with her. Also, the gentleman that did our check in and then younger one that works in reception (the one that is still in uni) were absolutely amazing!! Thank you, thank you, thank you! The internet was a little slow sometimes, but the lovely gentlemen from the reception kindly helped me with the issue, found the root cause and proposed a suitable solution. As a result, I was able to work from the hotel and enjoy a fast Internet connection.

The staff was always welcoming and very helpful, they treated us as if we were their family. We got a pillow for our dog, free cutlery for food delivery, the staff told us everything about the directions, recommended good restaurants and sightseeing places, gave us recommendations about how to navigate in the city, how to pay for the public transport, etc. For each problem we had, they always had a solution, and often they even told us something important and useful before we even thought or asked about it. After the checkout, they allowed us to temporarily leave our suitcases at the hotel. When we got back, they offered us tea or coffee for free! And they also were always ready to have a chat with us, they taught us some Serbian words too. The lovely lady from the kitchen always asked us whether we had a good night sleep and wished us Bon Appétit. They also made sure that our two rooms were placed as close to each other as possible - and we got two rooms on the corner, so that we could exit from one room and immediately walk into another one, which was very convenient. And they also allowed us to check-in a little earlier. The reception also was available 24/7, and they quickly replied whenever I texted them on Whatsapp. When our flight got rescheduled, we were also able to prolong our stay in one room for 1 night for a reasonable price, no problem at all. Everybody was so nice, but there was definitely one extraordinary man that we liked the most - it was Ivan. I think he deserves a promotion :) Ivan, don't forget to text us if you go Cyprus!

Nothing really comes to my mind about the property, however in my opinion, the prices in this case are a bit too high.

I had a short stay, but I enjoyed it. Room was small but it had everything i needed. The bed is really comfortable, so were the pillows. It was not as noisy as one would expect (since the hotel is located near a busy street). Good breakfast and last but not least, internet was super fast.

The aircon/heater was quite loud, so I had to keep it off at night, which left the room quite chilly in the morning. There's no elevator, though the staff is happy to help carry your luggage up the stairs.

Probably the friendliest staff in any hotel ever, from reception to breakfast! Fresh, modern decor. Well located a 20-minute walk from Republic Square and five minutes from the airport shuttle. The Superior Double room faced two streets, but the windows and balcony door barely let any traffic noise in at all. Plenty of choice at breakfast.
