The hotel is on the third floor. Upon seeing and entering the building, you do not feel like entering a four star hotel. But once you reach the third floor, the change is so drastic that it sorts of take you by surprise (in a very positive way). The lift to take you to the third floor feels a little claustrophobic. It is very narrow, and I would not feel comfortable if more people were sharing the lift. To reach the lift, there is a short flight of stairs (around 10 or 12 steps).

The hotel is really central to the main shopping area in Niš. Also it is just a short distance away from the airport. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Breakfast is mainly à la carte, offering a selection of different omelette and egg dishes with various fillings. The room was quite spacious, clean, and comfortable. The location is also very safe for solo female travellers. WiFi was very good and fast.

We enjoyed the whole stay. The staff was amazing and we had a very comfortable and enjoyable couple of days. The room and the bathroom were very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The location is close to the city center, but has the benefit of being in one of the smaller and therefore calmer streets

Cozy and friendly place with a great sense of style. It was lovely to see the birds in the tree right outside our window! Staff could not have been more helpful.

It was a very interesting hotel, very artsy and modern. Decoration and enterier was so unique and creative. Incredibly clean, wonderful staff! You MUST order breakfast, it’s the best.

A hidden gem away from the noise, but short walking distance to all the attractions. Very sophisticated design, extremely friendly and helpful staff. We would stay here again next time we are passing by Nis.

It was very hot in the room, the windows do not have protection against insects. But the room has AC. However, not everybody enjoys sleeping with the AC on.

In my room there was a fridge that was too loud at some moments, I had to unplug it from the wall. :) But keep in mind I probably noticed it only because it was so quiet outside.

Very clean, excellently equiped, very nice and accomodating staff. The location is perfect. The surroundings are so quiet I couldn’t believe I was in the city center.

There are quite a few steps to navigate which actually adds to its charm but may be challenging for older physically cjallenged guests.

Very trendy quiet and intimate hotel. At most times you feel like you are the only ones there. The staff are brilliant and very accomodating. Breakfast is cooked to order in addition to a small buffet and together provide a great experience. The location is spot on and everythig you need is within walking distance! A great Art deco Boutique Hotel experience!
