Parking is a bit tricky in the place next door (it’s quite small and a bit tricky to get in and out though it is locked overnight which is good)

Everything was great.

Everything was great here with easy free parking around the back, a nice big room with a fireplace, helpful 24-hour/day front desk and just a few minutes walk to many restaurants. Definitely recommend!

Rooms are showing signs of needing repair and updating, sink was smashed and didn’t drain, towels were all frayed, fridge didn’t work, no hairdryer, air con was noisy. The pictures make it look very modern and contemporary but it’s not. The staff are wonderful and friendly.

A Velux window wouldn't close and in the shower water was leaking everywhere. We changed the room but in the new room there was no hot water in the shower and there were some very small windows. We returned to the first room, but we could not sleep until 3 in the morning because of the party at a nearby pub. This is not the fault of the hotel, but it is good to know for those who arrive at the weekend. We slept only one night, but if we had known what awaited us, i would have driven on.

We only liked the kindness of the staff and the living room at the reception.

The accomodation is really good however the breakfast was terrible and expensive Instant porridge is simply not good enough, cheap and nasty toasted bread ( come on Serbs bake great bread) Breakfast cost 8 Euro each which is more than twice the rate for a good breakfast in a local restaurant or cafe We ordered our food at 08:00 (when the restaurant opens) and did not get it until 8:45 which is frankly ridiculous Top tip do not order breakfast!

This is not a 4 star hotel! Maybe a 2+ or 3. Definitely not 4, and cannot be compared to any of the 4 star hotels I ever visited, and I have visited many. The entrance is done really poorly, considering that the hotel is on the 3rd floor of a building. The bottom floor is not decorated at all and you have to go up 10 stairs with suitcases in order to reach the really tiny and smelly elevator. We got an option to choose from 2 rooms, which was nice. But, we had to switch almost immediately to the other room, since the one we picked smelled really bad once we opened the bathroom. The smell went immediately into the entire room. Seems like it was coming from the sewage. Then, once in our room, we realized in the morning that the room is still really dark and that the window (that is proportionally really small for the size of the room) was at the bottom right corner of the room. Therefore not providing enough light. Even with all lights on, the room was still dark. The bathroom has more light since it is smaller, but has the same size window in it, also going from the floor up, as in the room. The window in the bathroom didn't have any curtain or any protection, which made us feel like we were quite exposed to whoever passed through the street, even if we were on a higher floor. The toilet seems to be made for people that are really tall, because even though I am average height (164cm), I was barely reaching the floor with my feet, which was quite uncomfortable each time. Also, really not soundproof. There were some works being done in the floor above, and we couldn't sleep from early in the morning. The only thing reducing a bit the noise was the air conditioning we had to turn on in order not to hear so much drilling.

The room is aesthetically done nice, the colors are nice and the location is great, a minute away from the end of the main pedestrian street. The hall on the upper floor where the hotel is is has nice decorations and a nice view.

This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in so far. The staff is friendly and ready to answer any question. The breakfast is varied and excellent. The room is conformable, the bed is comfortable and it is extremely clean. The location is perfect, in the very center of the city, yet it is quiet and peaceful. Thanks for a wonderful experience!
