How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

Neosja is wonderful host, helpful, nice communication and he guided us for good places at Nis, property is really nice, clean, comfortable, we did a road trip so we was need a own good parking lot and property have this.

The place was very comfortable and clean. Staff was very kind, giving us recommendations for different valuable destinations in an around the city. Location is at the city center, therefore we didn't have to use our cars for transportation.

Everything was ok.
The apartment is close to the very city center. The car is safely parked in the gated court. The kitchen has minimum epuippement. The rooms are small, but sufficient. WLAN is very good. Inform the host in advance about your estimated time of arrival and keep him updated in case of delay. The gate has to be opened imediately , because there is almost no parking space in the street. The host is friendly and in case of a problem he finds a solution ( our experience ). Everything is within walking distance. All shops are just around the corner.

无
地理位置优越，房间干净舒适. The place is located very close to the walking street, shops, malls, restaurants and bars, yet it is tucked away in a quiet residential area where you can get a nice and quiet night of sleep when needed. The front yard is a plus. I had my morning coffee there where I could enjoy the fresh natural air. The owner Nesha is a superb host. He made sure we arrived ok and made us feel welcome and sent us recommendations around Niš, absolutely amazing experience for us.

It is our second time that we stay at this place and I honestly can say that is the best we stayed in Niš. Easy check-in, smooth check-out (smart keys management); very close to the center, but in a quiet neighborhood; 5 minutes walk to the city center, bars and restaurants; 1 minute to supermarket; free parking in the courtyard; the apartment is new, clean and spacious; the host is hospitable and polite, and gave us interesting and helpful information about the city. We definitely will stay here next times we will travel to Niš

Keep in mind that for getting into the master bedroom, you have to cross the 1st bedroom first....
The Host (and the father) were very friendly, and they gave us valuable information about Nis. The appartment is very close to the center, very clean and everything needed is provided. Quite comfortable for a family.

I recently stayed at a host , and I must say that everything was exceptionally clean and nice. The host went above and beyond to be helpful and friendly, making my stay even more enjoyable. Hosts are very nice people ready to help. Location is close to the old and the new center of Nis (good for shoping and lot of restaurants). Apartment is in a quiet neighborhood. I'll be back! :)

We were really pleased with our stay! Just this minor detail: Missing bedside lamps.
Very nice and comfortable place. Perfectly located in a quiet street, close to the center. Possibility to park the car in the courtyard. Excellent communication and guidance by the owners.
