Kids were on the couch that was uncomfortable. There should be separate beds for more than two persons in the room. A lot of ware and tare on the furniture. Its hard to keep the plush clean so there's a lot of dust coming out every time you touch it.

The décor around the hotel is an attraction. Kids loved the pool and the gym. sauna was relaxing. The breakfast was good and the staff was helpful. All in all a relaxing stay in Belgrade.

It’s not as advertised, advert says it’s luxury spa hotel with fine dining restaurant, variety of pools, saunas etc… luxury toiletries etc… There was none of that, pool was ok but clearly not looked after (pieces of broken tiles at the bottom, drain hole not covered), restaurant not working apart from breakfast that’s extremely disappointing, I didn’t even bother going for breakfast apart from first morning). Toiletries consist of two small hard soaps and two satchels of cheap shampoo/shower gel. I didn’t see anyone during my stay there apart from cleaner on first and last day, reception unmanned at all times

The food at breakfast was a bit cold but the choice was correct - eggs, potatos, sausages, cheese etc

Private parking right at the entrance, very convenient. All staff members were very nice. The reception lady recommended a great restaurant for dinner, just a 3-minute drive from the hotel. The swimming pool is clean, sauna is working, no extra charge. There is a little gym, too. The interior design of the hotel is certainly very peculiar and not for everyone's liking but my 8-year old daughter loved "the tiger room" and it definitely made us smile)) The bed was big and comfortable, nice shower, the location is quiet so it is a good place to relax for a night when driving long distance.

Although the place was ready for its clients, it was half empty.

This is a very unusual accomodation. It is difficult to say if it is nice and elegant, or if it is already "too much". We knew what to expect from the pictures and we enjoyed the stay very much. The breakfast was excellent, the pool very pleasant.

Toilet and bathroom in general were a bit worse than the rest of the accommodation. Location is fine but pretty far from the city.

Great and kind staff, pleasant facilities in the rooms and for public use. We enjoyed the spa and the gym and the breakfast was good. Beds were comfortable and the hotel has a really nice design.

Had to change rooms a few times during the stay. One room (109) had terrible sewage odor. Kinda far from the city center but markets and money exchange a short walk away. Ended our stay a couple days before the end of the booking. Informed them well in advance. I was expecting a refund for the extra days we booked but did not stay there. But no.

Very unique hotel. Interesting decorations. Good breakfast. Gym (including boxing ring!), billiards, ping pong. Amazing swimming pool on the 3rd floor. Staff were super helpful including translation of Serbian, recommendation of taxi and food delivery service.

Very far from down town. It is okay, but, unfortunately, both the days in the morning, I had a problem in shower. In 5 Th floor, some water flow issues in pipes. Hence, I really had to report to house keeping, available staff at restaurant. It could be due to some technical issues, as it was fifth floor. Room no.501 Second day also, I had issues. So, I was directed to go to swimming pool, where I had a nice bath. Overall, I managed my bathing. No regrets. It was a isolated case. I look at it this way.

No doubt, hotel was good, theme in their interiors were great. Breakfast was nice. It was really great, differently made all their rooms. Indeed, I liked it, though far from down town.
