Breakfast: they have a big restaurant but the breakfast is served in a small room so you go up there and back with you plates. Could be moved to the big reataurant?

Loved the interior design the details and tue finishez. Amazing center location and lpvely beds. Showers are next level.

There was a miscommunication regarding the shuttle transfer. I was not aware of the extra cost until I arrived and had assumed that it was provided by the hotel.

My room was on the first floor and the window was facing the wall, so i didn't have any day light, but for me it wasn't really a problem.

I booked a room for one and it was relatively small, but I've got everything I need. It was very well-designed, comfortable, and clean. The location is amazing, very central, and lively.

No concierge to help with your luggage and you have steps instead of a ramp to the lifts which makes navigation of luggage difficult. The breakfast is not great for the standard of the hotel and definitely needs improvement. I opted to go across the road to Moskva for breakfast. Breakfast is a big let down for the hotel

Newly renovated with modern facilities and fixtures. Very comfortable rooms and great size bathroom. Bar lounge is fantastic and food and beverage options are good. The hotel is directly across from Moskva hotel and central in location

No tea or coffee making facilities and room safe cannot take a laptop. Checkin is at 3 , later compared to many at 2 p.m was offered early checkin for an additional cost of 35 euros which I declined when I arrived at 12. Breakfast was ok but not as good as others I have recently enjoyed.

Room was magnificent, class, decor elegant, strong wifi signal, very close to the pedestrianised precinct of eateries, shops and currency exchange shops, sights easily workable. Bar fridge filled

Breakfast options and organisation needs improvements. The rooms are quite hot (even for winter standards, we experienced nearly 30C in the room). The staff in general (except the receptionist mentioned above) must go through a solid training - They are not much paying attention to the guests, chitchatting with each other and all-in-all they make you feel guilty to bother them.

The room was very spacious, with comfortable beds. The location of the property was perfect, very central and close to many restaurants, stores and points of interest. The hotel looks recently refurbished and the amenities are great. Srdajn from the reception was extremely helpful and kind, unlike the rest of the staff. He had a very positive impact on our stay.

I think maybe the breakfast could be a little better and if it could be served in the lower area where the windows of the restaurant are. At the time it was served in the upper area up the stairs where it is a bit closed off and isolated but otherwise the breakfast was great.

Hotel Balkan is awesome, renovated and the rooms are one of the best I have stayed at in my life. I don't think you can find a better location than Hotel Balkan, right across from Hotel Moskva in the city centre. We were there to celebrate New Year's and the event was at a different venue but the hotel was simply excellent and I would not stay anywhere else in Belgrade in the future.

In my room (113) there was a continued running-water noise. Not a big deal, but probably bothering for more than 1 night stays.

With this exceptional comfort and hotel facilities matching those offered by top ranked palaces .. the breakfast was disappointing .. service was rather poor and the quality of the breakfast doesn’t match the standard of the hotel

We had an Excellent stay. Totally new hotel with top of the range facilities and comfort. The location was tight in the heart of town .. there is no better location
