Only negative I can say is the hotel lacked the services typically of such a great hotel however, for the price and attention to details the hotel provided I wouldn’t really knock any points off for this. It’s right on the mark for what I value most

Towels rough and didn't smell fresh, not they were not clean but i am use to hotels as nice as this that they towels have a nice smel to them.. Shower is coll but prefer glass door for water went all the way to toilet on floor.

There was some noise on the street due to the road work, otherwise in regards of the hotel, everything was excellent.

Location is perfect, close to everything, in the centre. The hotel interior is amazing, so clean and nicely decorated, attention to detail is excellent. Staff is very helpful and kind. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come again.

The two single rooms I saw were both quite small (but still OK for single traveler), and have internal windows. The double bdrms I saw were much better.

Very noisy hotel especially during the nights: doors cannot be closed in a silent way. In addition, party people are interrupting a good night sleep, which was the case multiple nights.

The day we checked in, there was no air conditioning in the rooms during the peak of summers. When we asked the front desk for assistance, they did not take any action to resolve the issue. We complained and requested to meet the Hotel Manager. When she met us, she was extremely arrogant and rude. There was zero customer service experience. She even blamed the lack of air conditioning on the city, claiming that the "city did not anticipate the rise in temperature." This was a foolish excuse for poor facilities management. We immediately checked-out we were there for less than 30 minutes in the room, the amount paid was not reimbursed or compensated for either. This is a formal complain about the unacceptable experience my family and I had during our recent stay at your hotel, and will not recommend anyone to stay there either. Lastly after leaving i looked up the reviews which constantly mentioned "stolen items from locker" hence i do not think it is safe hotel either.

The room was very hot - 26-25 degrees and the hotel said they knew about it but couldn’t get the AC or anything to work. It was very uncomfortable.

I don't know if they only just re-opened but the staff are not properly trained. I couldn't go to the gym/sauna because nobody could find a key to open the door. There are no signs anywhere, so finding breakfast room, gym etc is hard. I arrived at breakfast on a Saturday at 9 am and they had run out of plates, cups, glasses and coffee. There were not even enough spoons to serve food from the buffet and the staff seemed very stressed at being asked to replenish all these things.

I first stayed here 15 years ago and have fond memories. The location is so great and the hotel is newly furbished and very clean. The room was a great size, bright, with good views.

No window in the room. It’s stuffy in the room, the air conditioning doesn't work, the receptionist can regulate the temperature, but he’s not good at it. I believe the air conditioner is not working. Late check in 3(p.m) if you want earlier pay 35 euros

Some issues included the lack of hot water, this was a big one as it was luke warm at best, the AC also didn't work very well and maintaining a comfortable temperature was a tough one, also the breakfast was very far off having only a very small choice of items in what felt like a 20 person canteen.

Great location and the rooms have clearly had a refurb which look fantastic with a great layout, the hotel is quite big with many seating areas and rooms were very quiet allowing for a good nights rest
