our room smelled of cigarettes but the staff managed to get us the replacement. Some rooms have indoor windows and therefore no fresh air. Air conditioning bit weird switched on by itself in the middle of the night on top of our baby sleeping

There are no parking spaces for the hotel, but you can park on the street for free. It is a safe area but the streets are crowded and quite narrow.

We spent one night in the hotel and it was perect for an overnight stop on our road trip. The breakfast was really good and the room was clean and comfortable.

Rooms oriented towards Pozeska street are a bit louder (a lots of traffic) - if you are used to sleep in absolute silence rooms oriented on the opposite side are better choice.

Staff was super nice, friendly and helpful. Parking was available to us during the whole stay. Breakfast was great - decent selection of meals. Eggs, sausages, croissants of different types, different kind of salads, serials, dried meat, milk, cake..

Lightning in the room was poor, main lights were flashing so didn't used them, the same was with the mirror light-flashing. Lights next to the beds weren't working (or didn't find where to turn them on), so only usable light was on the balcony. We could hear everything in the room next to us, like as the person was in our room, and his TV also. Luckily, we (and him) wasn't in the room most of the time. Also the hydro-massage bathtub is not working properly, its just a gimmick.

Personnel is great, and the breakfast, although the same every day, is good enough. And wide choice of TV channels. Rooms were comfortable and specious enough. Balcony was great, one of the biggest, if not the biggest, I've seen in a hotel. We had pleasant stay after all, although I wrote some minuses.

Less parking places than expected. I wanted to book parking place , but nobody told me that the are already booked . Neighborhood is free of charge parking , but still hard to find place for park. One more issue- 1 week after we checked out guarantee amount that they block on my debit card is still blocked.It may be a bank issue , but that practice with blocking money is annoying.

Appartment was very big and clean. Breakfast interesting and fresh. Lots of products to choose from.Very well located. Close to bus/tram stops and shops/cafes and restaurants. Very friendly and helpful personnel.

The parking is limited and there is no place to stop and unload luggage. The breakfast was so-so.

windows of the room, the glasses of the window were not clear also there was no view because of huge tree. 1st we were quarantined also we were not able to see much outside :( . Everything else was really good.

Staff, breakfast quality and cleanliness. Staff helped us a lot got us covid tested by the authorities at our room only. 7 days of quarantine wasn’t that tough only because of this helping staff. They also arranged us cab to airport for much cheaper rate than we paid to reach hotel from airport.
