Massages are only available in the afternoon unfortunately and fully booked probably by locals No proper luggage room only a small area next to the stairs and they do not take responsibility for your stuff… (really 4* hotel???)

Probably the best hotel in town. Second time staying here and the rooms are big and comfortable, with good bed and balcony. The breakfast was as before nice and with pretty good variety of options.

Beautiful hotel. All perfect. I was there only one night, but after 10 hours driving the room was perfect, super quiet outside. Simply awesome. Next time I stay for sure more days to relaxing myself with all services what this hotel offer to all guests

Because of the spa and a large indoor pool in the hotel common spaces it is a little humidity.

Modern, new hotel with excellent service from young and nice people. The breakfast was very rich. The parking lot and the rooms are spacious and comfortable.

There is no tea nor cold water in the spa area, so could not refresh easily after sauna. The bathroom does not have any heating facility, so was not easy to dry the swimsuits. Coffee and tea are considered complimentary amenities in the hotel industry , however there were no coffee nor tea in the room.

Very nice, new hotel. Perfectly clean, can not easily remember the hotel which was more clean than this one. Comfortable beds, easy access, quick check-in and check-out. The spa has smaller pool (the water is warm), finish sauna and steam bath. Nice breakfast includes local meals and coffee, however espresso needs to be payed extra.

Great hotel on good location just 30 min walk from cute city centre. Staff was polite. Pool is warm and clean. Great place for weekend break with your family.

We couldn’t have an appointment to massage as the master was busy till 5pm of the next day.

There is very friendly stuff in this hotel. We arrived at 13pm while check-in had to be at 14pm. The receptionist made our check-in and gave us the keys from our room at 13:30pm. The room is very comfortable and cozy. SPA-center includes a big sauna, a big hamam and a pool. The breakfast is from 7am to 10am. SPA-center starts working at 10am. The breakfast is really great. It is the tastiest breakfast I have ever had in a hotel. 100% recommendation to visit! Hvala puno! :)

In the pool not enough places to sit, quiet crowded, they didnt let us stay in the spa after the check out the next day only if we pay per person and for breakfast we need to pay coffee hahahahahaha

We had B&B and what I didn't like is that the coffee at the breakfast was not free. And it's fine if you want to change your guess for coffee. What I really didn't like is that nobody said in advance that it's not free. There is a buffet and there is a coffee machine and of course, you just assume that you can use it since it's there. There is a small paper on the wall next to the machine where you can see the prices but none of the guests actually noticed or paid attention to that paper. And I saw that some guests were confused and felt uncomfortable when the waiter announced after they took the coffee that it was not free. Maybe it's not a big deal but it leaves an unpleasant impression. And also the hotel doesn't have a restaurant if you want to have lunch or dinner. For that you will need to go to the city, there is not much in the area anyway.

Rooms are specious, clean, modern design. Spa center is also very nice, not very big but it has everything you need, and the water in the pool is warm.

Breakfast was good but without any warm dish. There were plenty of kinds of meat, cheese, vegetables and deserts. But we couldn't get scrambled eggs or sausages or pancakes. And paid coffee...

The pool is not for families and little kids. They don't have a good light when you go there after the sun comes down. Atmosphere is for adults, but not for kids.

Such a lovely breakfast and a wide variety to choose from! But I have never stayed in a hotel where I had to pay extra for the coffee. And the iced coffee I paid for didn't have any ice!!!

Cleaners didn't picked dishes from the room, there were mostly glasses, so they pilled there during our stay.

Stuff was very kind and plesent, wellness area and the pool are a bit small but everything is nice and there is no many people so it was quiet.

It will be good to have some hangers in the bathroom for the wet towels and also an electric kettle in the room.

We decided to take a break in the middle of the way to going back in our country, after a long road-trip and we are definitely satisfied with our choice to book this hotel. The girls on the reception are very friendly, helpful, nice and speak English perfectly. The hotel room was beautiful, clean, modern and comfortable. The SPA is very nice and clean, the water in the pool is warm. Also there is a secure parking behind the hotel, but it is possible to park in front of the building if you want. The breakfast was good and choices we have were enough (coffee is paid extra). To take a lunch or dinner should take a walk to Barcode restaurant which is nearby to the hotel - of course we see friendly staff and quality service again. Portions are generous and tasty. Definitely recommend.
