Great new renovated apartment. Great location right at the main bus station and a short walk to the city centre. We arrived a bit earlier, and the apartment was already ready for us. We felt really welcome at this place.

The apartment is beautiful and located in a lovely part of Belgrade. Just a few minutes walk away are some shops and lovely cafe bars on the street with a parisian vibe.The host was simply amazing. I arrived and left at strange hours due to travel arrangements and she was very helpful and accommodating and organised my taxis for me. Next time I am in Belgrade I will definitely return.

Good location, close to the city center. Excellent home design and perfect space utilization for such type of property. Easy access and communication with the host. I could also manage easily to find parking slot nearby although the street was crowded.

one night there was a bum in the entrance hall (sic!). if you have a car it is pretty expensive to park it in that area

Traffic is heavy and the area quite noisy but soundproof is decent.

The location is close to the main bus station. With a bit of luck you can find (street) parking nearby (free during weekends). The apartment is clean and has all main facilities. It was warm during our stay (heated floors).

There is nothing to dislike, except that the tram outside causes a slight vibration in the room. But it doesn't matter, I slept deeply because it was very comfortable here.

The owner of the apartment is very kind and communicative. The room is clean and tidy. The location is also very good, close to the bus station and attractions. The location here is also very easy to find. After you make a reservation, the owner of the apartment will tell you in detail how to operate it. I particularly like this apartment. The bed was also extremely comfortable. She even allowed me to store my luggage in the hall after check out since I couldn't walk around with it. Because after I checked out I still had some free time until I left Belgrade.

It could be more practical to have an option to pay for the object directly via Booking.com. However, there was no problem with payment. The host was very relaxed, and communication was great.

Not a big deal, but there is no light switch on the mezzanine level so I had to use my phone light to go upstairs at bedtime. A small lamp near the bed would solve this.

Host was very friendly. Beautiful apartment. Clean, comfortable and well appointed. Lovely clean, bright bathroom. Under floor heating (didn't need it though) and air-conditioning. Kitchenette had everything I needed, including proper mugs. Directly across the road from the main Bus Station and within walking distance of Belgrade Fortress and the shopping/restaurant districts.
