Exceeded my expectations for the price point so I can't say I "didn't like" anything.

The location was very convenient for work and would have been a short ride for a taxi. Rooms were very clean and all of the staff were super helpful. It is also in a quiet area so sitting on my balcony in the evening was very pleasant.

Lift could have been better esp families with kids or people with disability.

There was nothing that we didn't like.

This is a brilliant hotel in a really great part of Belgrade that is slightly quieter than downtown but still easily accessible by taxi or bus. The rooms were really big with very comfortable beds, the breakfast was great with a very good selection available (hot and cold) and can be eaten inside or outside by the pool which is nice, all of the all of the staff were amazing and could not have been more helpful during the 2 weeks of our stay. Having the pool to lounge around in was also a great bonus on hot sunny days. Overall the place is an oasis of tranquility, enabling you to enjoy the buzz of Belgrade by starting the morning calmly before heading to town and then relaxing and unwinding at the end of the day. The drinks from the hotel room fridge (or bar) are also very reasonably priced, plus there is a great food shop up the road for any provisions needed.

they have very friendly staff, rooms are cozy however veg options for breakfast were limited but you can inform them in advance so they can alter some options for you! shout out to Alexandra for the service!

It was cold in the room so I had to turn A/C for warming. But I couldn’t use it at night because it gives the sound. The radiators were not working

I’m vegan and I notified the staff about it. The bought the food for me which was perfect! It melted my heart. Their hospitality was beyond everything. Thank you so much. The receptionists are very helpful and nice. I wish I could stay more!

The breakfast was excellent, the location is not really close to the center of the city but it is really safe and peaceful area. The hotel was amazing and we got free champagne in our room. Extremely satisfied and worth the money.

It was our second stay here. Fantastic accomodation with perfect service. Loving the Dedinje area. Breakfast nicely presented. Very good and nice service from Front office, kitchen over to house keeping.

The conditions where good and the rooms where really spacious but what made it a great stay for us was the hospitality of Nemanja. If you are lucky to be on his shift you will fiind a very polite and nice person that is involved in helping you out with all you need. Starting with recommendations for restaurants, helping us getting a taxi and making sure we have everything we need, Nemanja made our New year's party be a good one. Congrats !

Shower was broken in our room, we didn’t have kettle in the room ( like it was showing on booking) so it was hard to warm up my baby’s food, no slippers neither.

Location was great, only 10 min walk from US embassy, room was spacious and clean, staff was friendly.

Smell in the hotel, probably from smoking inside. Leaking shower deserves to be fixed (water all over bathroom floor after having shower).

I wish they had a private yard for parking but there was always plenty of parking on the street right next to or opposite the hotel and it is quite safe; so it was OK.

The property is situated in a lovely and very quiet part of Belgrade away from the bustle of the city which suited us very well. The property is very clean and well maintained, the staff friendly and professional, and the rooms are spacious and well equipped.

Everything was great

Beautiful Hotel, comfortable rooms, in a quiet neighborhood. It's a 15 minute drive from every central place in Belgrade. The staff goes out of it's way to make you happy and comfortable. Incredible pool, good breakfast.
