The shades are see-through. If you like to sleep in full darkness, it won't be possible here. Also, there is no kitchen, it's impossible to cook anything. We knew about it and it was okay for us but a lot of people may need the kitchen if they stay for more than one night.

The apartment is new and very nice. The bed is big and comfortable. The owner provided coffee capsules and fresh towels. Everything was very clean. We only stayed for one night and got everything we needed.

There was really nothing significant that we didn't like about our stay at the apartment. Everything was quite satisfactory and overall, it was a very pleasant experience.

Our stay in the apartment was incredibly peaceful and serene, with no sign of rush hour chaos in or around the building. The breathtaking view from our windows added to the tranquility, making it a truly unforgettable experience.

Super location, closer to the promenade, city center, and shopping center, all necessary facilities are in the complex ( playground for children, cafes, restaurants, shop). The modern, cozy design of the room, comfortable and good quality furniture, and a spectacular view from the 20th floor. We have stayed here 2nd time already and for sure will come again.

spacious and central accommodation in Belgrade located on 20th floor. the room is equipped with AC, mini fridge, comfy bed and all other necessary things you need as a traveller. on top of that the balcony with river view was breathtaking!

A brand new apartment on a fantastic location and very accommodating. Extremely clean, minimalistic design and I have to mention, one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. Coffee lovers would be really happy as there is a Nespresso coffee machine. Our host Milan even drove us to places we needed to go and was available at any time if we needed something. It exceeded our expectations and will definitely stay at this apartment again when we will come back.

Where can I start! This was by far the best accommodation I was in Belgrade! The only reason I have booked this apartment was the location, as it was just next to my meeting. Boy I was surprised when I was welcomed in. It is brand new, great view and bed was extremely comfortable! It was better than some of the 5* hotels I was. Definitely when I come to Belgrade again I am staying in this apartment! Thank you guys! Keep up the good work 👏

Stay away from this establishment! This is a worning!!! When an error occured during rebooking, the owner of apartment, Milan, screamed at me over the phone: "I will come now, in 10 minutes, to beat you up!!! You, f.....ing piece of sh......t! I am allowed to do whatever I want and nobody will punish me, I have that power! You f...ing c..t, I'll f.... your mother!!" Then, he repeated, "I'll come and get you in 10 mins, and beat a crap out of you!" He continued with profanities, insults of the worst kind. He called me 3 times on my phone sceaming and shouting. I was so troumatized that I froze, didn't know what to do, called the Police immediately, and they showed up in 5 min. I gave Police the phone number of this owner Milan to tell him not to call me again, not to come to apt, not to wait for me at the reception because my check out time was by 11:00 and I had an 1h and 30 min to pack and get out of the apartment. So, after that he stopped calling me, and I packed the fastest I could (i was still in my pijamas) I was traumatized so much that I was shaking, crying uncontrolably and hardly could complete packing, had a lot of luggage and am a solo traveler. The error that occured in booking is a direct error of the very imperfect Booking.com platform which messed up stuff and my dates, but I paid a high price for this, I am troumatized for life. I am still in the state of shock that this criminal, intimidating behavior is allowable and that a guest (a middle-aged woman) could be so verbaly abused and threatened with violence!!! Booking did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING when i reported the case!!! I'll never go to Serbia again and will seriously consider whether to take legal action against Booking.com for this profiteering while disregarding the most basic safety of their clients and guests.
