The elevator, which is only for two persons, so as a family of three we have to wait for the third person in the next ride. The broken sofa bed which was not ready for our first night stay.

Location is very central and the apartment is nice. However the big jacuzzi in the middle of the room is very confusing, as it is cold to have jacuzzi in so big room, and the heating is central, so you can't control it. The sofa bed was not functional the first night, so my daughter slept in a very small unopened sofa bed, which they fixed the other day. The second night was horrible, as a siren of a car was making loud noises for 8 hours without anybody from the hotel available to notice the police. That is the biggest minus of this apartment-lack of employees at the reception desk during the night.

Parking place is 500m from accommodation. It seams much closer, relly. But if you come alone, it is a little bit hard and stressful to find a place to park your car and take key and parking card. Usually police sit in the car in front of the accommodation building. If you come with someone, you do not have any problems.

Beside above mention, everything else is just perfect: Location, cleanless, hospitality, view, host, mini bar, selection of vines, wide TV, TV channels, huge rooms, just everything. Definitely I recommend. I am going to come again.

Some of the things are outdated or ruined that need to be fixed in the room. The AC was not working properly so it wasn’t blowing cold air, it got really hot in the room.

The bedsheets were terribly itchy. Basically I couldnt sleep because of this issue. So I dressed up fully to be able to get some sleep. Room is very tiny.

The location is very favourable for arriving and exploring the city. There are many museums nearby, a shopping district and the central bus station about 20 minutes away. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Location at city center of Belgrade is great. There are plenty of restaurants to enjoy and walk around. The staff is very friendly. There is a nice terrace to share a bottle of wine. Thanks for the hosts it was already at a perfect temperature in the fridge.

The location is amazing, just across probably the most famous street in Belgrade and the heart of town. Free parking. Super clean premisses. Super friendly and flexible staff. And for me very important, for my wor, a fast and stable internet connection.

The tap was loose in the bathroom. The hotel is location on a slope and the parking space is located in another place, approx. 5 mins walk away. Travellers with huge and heavy luggages have to take note. Travellers will have to get the key card to the parking space before checking in. The area is busy during peak hour and can be difficult to find a public parking space.

Very comfortable beds, in the heart of Belgrade. Short walk to Republic square and bus stations. Many delicious food places around the area. Small and cozy for couples traveling together. Free parking is included in the stay. Very affordable stay in Belgrade.

We have visited this hotel many times, i think that now it needs some maintenance ! Plus one room has at it s balcony the next room s air conditioning and it was super loud! I think room 6!
