Very uncomfortable bed

The location is nice, but they don't warn you that some of the rooms are in fact not in the little street facing the botanical garden (which was one of the main reasons I chose the hotel), but in a separate building, facing the main and very busy street. Upon arrival, I could not enter the facility (the reception only works until 16.00 🤷🏽‍♂️), and I had to wait for approx 15 minutes gor someone to arrive. The breakfast is served only from 8.00 on, which is a no can do for working people. Plus, the extra 10 EUR you pay for breakfast don't include a proper coffee (espresso or cappuccino e.g.). Thus consider alternatives for breakfast (cheaper and better) since you anyhow have to dress up and ho outdoors if you're staying in the detached building.

The facilities are very clean and nicely furnished. The staff is nice.

The breakfast was small with poor variety of selections. Lack of honey and other amendments. It was a plus that breakfast was served until 11am.

The location was perfect near to the botanic garden. The staff was very helpful with good communication skills. The room was very clean and comfortable.

Unfortunatly our windows faced very poluted street and not Botanical garden. That's why it's 9, not 10.

The hotel is really nice, the food was tasty and services were really good. Everything, except the view, was great!

If I’d known in advance that no staff would be at the hotel after 4pm I might not have booked it, but they messaged me the access details in advance and it wasn’t a problem

Lovely botanical theme. Great location beside the Botanical Gardens. Nice staff. Clean & comfortable. I booked a transfer to the hotel from the airport with them and it was great, including the driver ensuring I was able to get into the hotel ok (no hotel staff at that time) when I arrived c.01:30 in the morning

The hotel is near the bus stops where you can easly get on and reach the city center in 10 minutes. The neighbourhood is quite and secure. You can find lots of market, coffee shops close to the hotel. Great and clean hotel with best breakfast included. Thanks to Teodora and Katarina for their valuable help and support. Definetely we will stay again in Hotel Botanica.

We stayed in Botanica for the 3d time. It is really nice hotel, near botanical garden, not in the very center but close. Clean, very nice big bed with good mattress and linen. The reception is always smiling and a real helping hand. Belgrade itself is our love, very interesting architecture and nice and kind people. A lot of Russians, of course). Also recommend Stara Hercegovina restaurant just a 3 minutes walk

It is definitely a hotel where you can get your money's worth. All staff are extremely polite. It has a very large room. The room has everything you might need (dental kit, shaving kit, etc.). In terms of location, Republic Square is a 15-minute walk away. It is also located very close to the bus stop. The breakfast is quite sufficient. Also, it warmed our hearts that they gave us wine in the minibar as a gift for the New Year.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. If I travel to Belgrade again, I will definitely choose this place. The red-haired lady at the reception and the room service staff were very polite. Thank you very much to all of them again.

The location of the hotel is good, it was 10 minutes walk from the city center. The hotel is well decorated, we love the paintings on the wall, the room has a modern bathroom and it was very clean. We liked the breakfast, croissants and homemade cookies were very delicious. The staff was very kind and friendly.

The staff at the reception are very friendly and helpful. I stayed in the newly opened building. The room was really clean and the facilities were good. There may be some minor issues due to it being newly opened, but I was very pleased. 20-25 minutes walking to the center. You can also use the bus, the stop is right opposite the hotel. Thanks for the service.

The hotel was fine, nothing I didn't like about it.

The hotel is situated in a nice area within walking distance Republik Square and many bars and restaurants. Breakfast was good, with the selection of what you want always available regardless of time taken. They had nice Christmas decorations which added to the general ambiance of the hotel. The staff were professional and friendly and for a small hotel I was pleasantly surprised that they have 24 hour reception.
