Very hard to find - not clear where the entrance is. Entering into the building is catastrophe, it is more like entering into the demolished building than into hotel. Then you have also lift, which is hard to believe that it will take you anywhere. It also goes only to the fifth floor and hotel is located on the sixth floor.

Breakfast was so delicious. I recommend you to taste Italian Croissant. Location was also so good. Every touristic place (Republic Square, Kalemegdan, Skadarlija, Knez Mihailova, Nikola Tesla Museum etc.) was within walking distance. I went almost everywhere by foot.

There was only one elevator for 6 floors, and they gave us the room just in front of the reception desk ( no privacy and smell of cigarettes coming from there)

The front door is a little dark, it needs more light, but I guess there's a lot of Apartment in the same building and it's a community entrance, so they think its ok.

The location is perfect for tourist. The Republic Square is in front of the hotel and a few meters away from all the Tourist locations. Breakfast is outstanding, very delicious food. Staff are very nice, helpful, happy and very welcoming.

- As the hotel is located in a pedestrian zone it is a little bit tricky to find the hotel by car navigation. The same applies for the (public) parking garage which is located on the other side of the zone. Where to leave the car while clarifying these questions? Anyhow, asking three times, in the hotel and on the street, we mastered the issue! Maybe it will be helpful to find a map in the hotel with better information about parking. - Payment in advance.

The location ist absolutely TOP! The Belgrade fortress is in walking distance. Unlike other reviewers tell you, breakfast in the restaurant is very good. Not only the number of select options but also the quality and size of portions were very good. No trace of downgraded versions for hotel guests. Due to overbooking we received a room update for free. Thank you. The apartment was very clean, AC and WIFI work well.

I would have given this property a 9 were it not for confusion with the staff. A friend was set to join me at the same property on the next day on a different reservation. The lady that checked me in was helpful enough to put us under the same reservation and have my friend stay directly in the room. At check-out, another lady was surprised of the setup and forced us to pay extra. It left me with a sour taste about what was a solid experience otherwise.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. I slept well and despite being in the city center, the room was very quiet. Big shower as well!

Smell in the room was kinda weird. Not bad but uncomfortable for my nose. The room is really small. Breakfast i don't recommend to take because you will wait for it for a long time due to too much people at the restaurant. Its really crowd place and waiters dont have time to see who came and who left the restaurant..so be patient if you take room with breakfast ;)

The Building and the corridors are a bit dark and the tv didn't work.

One complaint we had, is that one of our two rooms had an unpleasant smell. The second room did not had such an unpleasant smell. Upon request, we had the option to change the one room, but that room also had the same smell. Apparently, the rooms on one side of the hotel have this smell and the other side does not. The smell is probably caused by the sewer or the old building. Furthermore, the rooms did not have an hairdryer, but on request we got one.

The very big advantage of the accommodation is the very good location, at a moderate price.
