The rooms are really small and our rooms were facing a pretty noisy street with cars and buses running through all night. Earplugs recommended or ask for a room facing the yard.

The hotel is close to all the facilities - restaurants, fast foods, shops. The breakfast is excellent, great variety and the choice changes every day too. The staff are helpful and nice. It was very warm in the room so it was great to come in from cold February days.

Staff and breakfast. I'm visually impaired but nothing was too much trouble. Staff even assisted me to the breakfast lounge and brought unlimited coffee, orange juice and breakfast to my table. They even guided me across the road to the cash point! Helpful & friendly, if I ever return to Belgrade again I will stay here. Brilliant experience x

The door to the room has poor soundproofing. Very subjective minus: I had severe allergy after the room was cleaned. The days there was no cleaning I had no allergies. Some allergenic cleaning agents may have been used. I travel a lot and have never experienced anything like this.

The breakfast was very good. The hotel is located in the city center on Francuska street so everything is within walking distance. The rooms are not big but well organized and equipped. The beds are comfortable to sleep on.

There is nothing that I did not like or could criticise at this hotel.

This hotel has the most professional and kind staff in Belgrade. I arrived at 6:30 in the morning, so instead of making me wait until 2 pm for check-in, the receptionist decided to give me a free upgrade and allow me to use the room immediately. On top of that, the receptionist said I could have breakfast that morning - on the house! The room was clean, spacious and comfortable, and so was the toilet/bathroom. The breakfast was delicious (mostly Serbian traditional food), and there was a rich variety of food to choose from.

The room was really too little .. there wan't enough space for 4 peolpe + baggages. There wasn't a proper wardrobe. The room was very noisy: the noise of cars passing in the street during the night was really annoing.
