- Location: 5 min from the Nis Tvrdava (Fortress) and the pedestrian bridge, where the main street starts. We were in Nis for the Jazz festival and the location suited us more than perfectly - Very comfy mattresses and pillows - Spotless clean: everything - Small shared kitchen with some facilities + coffee and sugar - Friendly welcoming host Will visit again!

I booked a room on the bus ride down from Belgrade, messaged the owner, and he was waiting for me to check-in; a 5-minute walk from the bus terminal! I was quite surprised how many extras are placed around the room but my favorites were the black-out blinds and sufficient AC that made for comfortable sleeping in a cool, darkened room. Anything you'd need or care to see around town are within walking distance. The owner and his family were kind and most helpful, including storing luggage after check-out until time for my bus departure. I would have gladly stayed longer if there was reason to.

Room is not expensive Location is close to bus station, fortress and the center of city. Room was clear. Bathroom is perfect, everything is new. Bed are comfortable. Also a sweet complement from host.

It would be great having tea kettle in the room. And the linen was a little bit rough. But all in all it was great stay.

Very close to bus station & right beside the river. Downtown is only a 5-10 min walk. Milos was nice & super helpful. I like that he added me to WhatsApp to communicate. **Room with a balcony was a bonus!

People who like to drink their coffee/tea in the morning might not appreciate that there's no kettle but we didn't mind this, there are a lot of cafes close by.

Spotless clean and very comfortable place in the city center. Good communication with the owner and the host who welcomed us even though we arrived later than we planned to. The room had everything we needed for a one night stay. We definitely recommend staying here.

It would be great if there is tea apart from coffee! this is not a criticism of the guesthouse but as it's located on a main road the traffic can be a bit noisy at night but overall I would definitely recommend the place!

A very nice 3-bed apartment in the center of the city. With a very reasonable price! The host was very kind and his father helped us with everything we needed. Overall it is highly recommended for an easy stay in Nis.
