The towels need replacement. They are waisted, probably many years old. The room is a bit chilly for spring. The heating didn't work. It's a bit pricey for a town like Novi Sad.

The hotel is situated just a stone's throw away from the downtown area, making it an outstanding location. What an amazing hotel! The single room was so large, I could run a marathon inside it. I had a very pleasant view of the old city center. It was quiet, clean, there was even a dental kit in the room. The staff were so sweet! There’s a garage in the building but you have to use a car elevator to get there. It was easy to get inside but quite difficult to leave. The reception employee saw me struggling on the camera and came down to help me out. I appreciate this so so much!

Difficult to fault. The room safe not large enough for a laptop. Room carpets stained and need attention.

Contemporary designed 12 year hotel looks almost new, very smart, room beautifully furnished, very large room, strong wifi signal and breakfast good. Easy walking distance to cultural buildings and the massive fortress not that far to walk, main bus centre not far. Eateries nearby. Tea making and bar stocked.

The biggest issue with this hotel was the staff. They were unprofessional and rude since the first day. We had a problem with check-in and parking space (ask for the reservation). Even though we arrived at 15:00h, our room wasn't ready with an excuse that they had a lack of cleaning staff and that the rooms wouldn't be ready for another 2 hours. The eating area is really small and there isn't enough space for all the guests. The parking garage is crowded and small. The rooms are nice, you get fresh bath towels but they lack thorough cleaning.

The location of the hotel was really good. It was easy to find and it's close to the city center.

Nothing, everything was excellent.

We were guests at the hotel around 31st December for a 3 night stay. We are very satisfied with the hotel, especially the employees that work at reception. They were very nice and helpful all the time. Also the waiter that works at the breakfast room. The hotel is located right in the Citi center, 2-3 min walk to the square where are all the coffee bars, restaurant and nearby Danube park. The Petrovaradin fortress is around 10-15min walk. The hotel has it's own parking space but it's limited so if you are coming with car, reserve a spot. There is no free parking in the nearby streets. The room was clean and enormous, beds were very comfortable, and the bathroom was clean with all necessities inside. Sheets were changed on a daily basis, also the towels. Food was great and diverse so everyone will find something tasty to eat. Overall the hotel gets 10+ from us.

Excellent experience end to end: - I had to change dates of my stay due to flight cancellation, staff helped me to move it one day ahead without taking an extra fee (thank you, I really appreciate it). - Hotel organized the night transfer from the Belgrade airport for a very reasonable fee. - Location is probably the best in town. - Good spacy room, good breakfast, overall an excellent experience. I totally recommend it to other travellers and will for sure come back. P.S. There's a good cocktail bar nearby, Sobaka s Rukoi, very much recommended!

We didn't get a chance to park inside the garage so we had to park outside in the open parking from their partners. The entrance of the parking lot was locked today so we had to wait an hour in the car and yet the hotel didn't manage to get us out of there, so we found a solution to unlock the gate at the end, but we lost a time. The hotel did offer us to stay one night for free, but it wasn't a possible solution for us. In the end, I would still recommend staying at this hotel, in case you get a spot in the garage and not in their partner's parking lot.

The location of the hotel is perfect, a couple of minutes from the city center and all the major interesting locations.
