My experience was great overall. We got a clean and big room so we had good rest between our long flight connections. All of the staff is friendly and helpful. The hotes has 24-hours check-in. So I can definitely recommend this place as a convinient one.

Lack of hotel restaurants and a bar or two. Not a problem for a stop over.

Location, for a stop over between flights is great. It's in Surčin, that's the city where the airport is. The hotel is currently being renovated, so it's a bit messy around, but it will be even better once renovation is finished. The staff is excellent and friendly.

The check-in process was smooth, despite our late arrival at 3 AM, thanks to the efficient and friendly staff. However, our stay was marred by unexpected construction noise that began at 8 AM, disrupting our sleep and relaxation. We were disappointed to discover that we hadn't been informed about the ongoing construction beforehand. On the upside, to our relief, the manager was genuinely apologetic and empathetic to our situation. She took full responsibility for the oversight and promptly assured us that the hotel would refund our stay. Her sincere response and willingness to rectify the situation showcased a commendable commitment to customer satisfaction. The room itself was clean and well-maintained, with comfortable amenities. Its close proximity to the airport was a convenient advantage. In conclusion, I will recommend this hotel.

I booked this place for the second time. It is great for airport travel because it is very close to the airport. The staff was friendly. I had an issue with lights in my room and they immediately took care of it.

Unfortunately, there is no lift, so it may be a problem to climb the stairs to the upper floors with heavy luggage – we lived on the 3rd floor.

It's situated near the airport. It's a nice hotel. The two-room suite is big, cozy, and light. There is a large balcony with a table and two chairs. The bigger room has a wide comfortable bed, two wardrobes with two bathrobes, two tables and two armchairs. The design is stylish! There is a kettle, a TV set, a safe, a fridge - everything you need. The smaller room is cozy too. The bed in it is not wide but comfortable. The bathroom is great. The view from the window is very nice. They offer a small not varied breakfast that can be included in the price. There are some restaurants and supermarkets not far from the hotel. The staff is friendly but they don't speak English well. They can arrange a transfer to the airport. Addition: after the stay we needed the invoices in English to provide to the airline for compensation. The original invoices were presented in Serbian, and we needed to communicate with the hotel regarding the additional invoices in English. The staff has proven to be extremely forthcoming and ready to accommodate any request, and deserve the highest appraisal. Even though, to be fair, it took a bit of time to complete those requests, I was sure they are doing everything they can.

Noise! lot of guests walking walking in the pajamas All over hallways and talking on the phone and blocking the stairs. little safety concern for my parents.

Airport transfer is 15 € for a 5 km drive, so rather expensive considering it's Serbia. Location is close to the airport, so it's good for early flights, but on a road without sidewalks and a lot of traffic.

Its new, nice rooms, well decorated. Former smoke still recognizable in non-smoking rooms if you are sensitive to it. They have a fountain in the lobby which cleanses air for smoke exhausts - Serbia is still a country where you basically are allowed to smoke everywhere. Staff friendly and cooperative.

The location was super sketchy. Front desk spoke moderate to okay English, but that is understandable. Tough to get a taxi to airport from hotel in the morning even though it is close.

Really enjoyed the size and cleanliness of the rooms. Well outperformed my expectations for the low price. Proximity to airport is best bang for your buck.
