The pictures on booking are not from the appartment I was accommodated

The location was perfect, the check in was smooth.

Apartment is in basement, you can smell the moist. The cleaning lady came out before we entered the accommodation and there were hairs on the floor in the bathroom.

Location is really good, in city center and the apartment is nicely furnished.

It is a basement. Very, very, very bad smoke of cigarettes inside the apartment, all our clothes stink after only one night here. The apartment is hard to find, need a voice navigation or additional text instructions. It feels like the apartment is still being renovated, it is not cozy at all and does not have basics stuff like a kettle. It is not a place where you want to stay more than one night.

Location is very good, it's the center of old Beograd. We didn't see a housekeeper at all: we got the key from a keybox, and we just leave money inside.

I booked a stay for a colleague and announced check-in between 5 - 6, she first called the host 15 min before, to check the exact location - because that is not clear from this map. Then I tried to get to the host but no answer. We were trying to get in touch via Booking too, but no reply. We were trying for almost 1 hour and then we needed to get her another accommodation - she was for the first time in Belgrade, on a business trip and this made a terrible impression (luckily, she’s nice). Anyhow, the host called me after 50 min and was expecting me to appear there - but I told him to cancel the booking due to the situation. And now - it looks like I stayed there since Booking is showing I booked two nights - and I asked the host to cancel it. Horrible experience.

I didn't like service, because location is marked not right in booking.com maps. Pictures are incorrect in booking.com. I' ve got absolutely different apartment with less area, without proper kitchen and without a sofa( which was shown at picture).

I liked room and location. Moreover price for city center is quite normal.

We were not allowed to check in despite the fact that we had a confirmed reservation via booking. The day we arrived we were called that the place is no longer available without any additional information.

It’s hard to say what we like, because we were not accommodated.

First of all we couldn't establish a good communication with the host when get in the house at first. While geting in the house, she sent us a message telling us how to get in with videos and the house is in the basement. an extremly damp and moldy house. It's hard to even breathe at home. There is a lot of noise coming from outside. We did’t find the apartment safe at all. Anyone who knows the password of the door of the room can get in the room and this scared us. all in all it was not a good experience. We definitely do not recommend this place!

There is no point in having a functional jacuzzi if the hot water is not sufficient to even fill half of it. Cleaning could be a lot better. Musty smell (semi basement), perfect for smokers as smoking is allowed inside but as a result when you enter the tobacco smell hits you hard. The communication with the hosts could be a lot better, they only started replying to my questions the day before check in.

Super centrally located, very convenient walking distance to places of interest. Parking for the car right in front of the door. Very beautiful and nicely decorated, comfy huge bed. Airco available.

The apartment was great, spacious, modernly decorated, and had everything we needed. The location of the apartment is excellent. The host was very welcoming, available for everything we needed, and communicative.
