This was our second time staying in Andrej's fantastic apartment. We truly could not be happier, hence why we keep coming back. A wonderful, spacious, centrally located but reasonably quiet apartment with all the amenities one might need and two large rooms that can easily host a family of four. A well-equipped kitchen and amenities such as a dishwashing machine, a vacuum cleaner and a microwave are a lovely bonus. Truly a 10 out of 10 for the price.

It's hard to think of anything that could be better about this lovely apartment! The only issue for some could be the noise - despite it being a prewar building, the walls are quite thin, and light sleepers might have trouble with the neighbors. The residents are very respectful, but you can even hear the TV set or a phone call (one of the walls separating this apartment and the studio is made of plaster, which is even worse), so perhaps light sleepers will not tolerate this.

What can I say except that there's a good reason this apartment has a 9.9 rating based on dozens of reviews - what a gem! Very spacious, and comfortable for a whole family, with a fully equipped kitchen, a newly renovated bathroom, and a large TV, this apartment is the absolute best value for money you can get in Belgrade (take that from a local who also originates from that neighborhood). Andrej is the most marvelous host one can hope for and while the location is unbeatable, the apartment is quiet enough for the street noise not to bother you much (if the windows are closed). We cannot recommend Andrej's apartment enough!

Super clean, cosy, well-equipped, well insulated, and centrally located close to restaurants, bakery, market, city center and major tramway lines. Host bends over backwards to make your stay delighful, really professional.

Nothing, it was perfect for me

I loved Andrija's apartment and he was an excellent host - smooth communication from the start and made us feel very at home. It is a lovely, spacious and elegant/tasteful apartment with tall ceilings, large windows and a big bedroom with a very comfortable bed. The layout is super interesting because you can enter the modern bathroom via the bedroom AND via the kitchen. It was well-equipped with everything you could ask for and Andrija even thought of all the little amenities and things that guests may need. There are even 2 air cons - for the living room and bedroom! The location is excellent in my favourite leafy Skadarlija neighbourhood. Opposite the Bajloni market, next to a Lulu Pekare coffee shop as well as many pharmacies and little shops and then of course all the top restaurants in the area and don't forget cool bars on Cetinjska, literally round the corner. Excellent value for money and 100% recommended for Belgrade.

Most important for us when we travel is the cleanliness of the accommodation, and in this apartment, it was exceptional, flawless! The interior of the apartment is very spacious, beautiful, and cozy, it is fully equipped, from kitchen utensils to bed linens and towels. The location of the apartment is just perfect, in the center, close to famous restaurants, shops, cultural centers, etc. The hosts were very kind, hospitable, and communicative and gave us some great recommendations for new places to visit. Next time we're in Belgrade, we'll definitely book this apartment again. This is a real 10/10!

The shower has to be fixed. But it's not something which has bothered us at all.

This is one of the best apartments we've been when it comes to amenities and probably one of the cleanest ones, too! It's a pity we were there for only 3 nights, the apartment is really well equipped for longer stays and Belgrade is such a charming city! The other guests have already commented on the great location and the friendly hosts, I totally agree. Our kids were thrilled there was Netflix :). There was an "event" at the market right across the apartment on Friday evening, something like a farmer's market but also selling craft beer, grilled meats and handmade jewelry. If you happen to be there when it is held, make sure to visit!
